Instead, the gigantic skeleton will follow all units that come within their range.

It is an epic card that takes 6 Elixirs to distribute. Although it may seem like many elixirs for a basic squad, the giant skeleton offers a lot for what it costs. Not only does it hit the giant skeleton hard and have a massive health pool, at death, it loses a death bomb that erects enormous damage to any unit or even building captured in its radius.

The tires that use giant cake usually use it to clog a lane. The gigantic skeleton slowly goes down the lane and defends against all the troops used by the opponent to drive. If the gigantic skeleton dies, the death bomb will take care of everything else alive. Against Golem Pushes, it is best to put the gigantic skeleton behind Golem so that it can take out the support card.

Although there are little to no counters for the giant skeleton on defense, the card is not as strong. It can easily be kitat, and because of its slow movement and attack speed it is easy to take down with swarm troops. Antitank troops like Mini Pekka or Inferno Dragon are also excellent counters for the gigantic skeleton.

The biggest threat to the giant skeleton is not necessarily its health pool or damage to attack but rather the death bomb. Giant Skeleton's death bomb deals with 534 AOE damage to all troops. On towers, the damage increases to 1068 which is like taking two rockets on your tower.

If you see a gigantic skeleton go towards your tower, use swarm troops like skeleton army or goblin gang to drag away from your tower. You can also use fishermen to pull it away before it dies so that the death bomb does not hit. The witch is an excellent calculator for the giant skeleton because of the skeleton that she constantly spawns. All of these counters will give you a positive elixir trade against the squad.
