Spend tokens on Perks unlocked late in the game, such as Ninja or Ghost, to remain harder to detect by the enemy, allowing you to move more freely on the map.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is out, and everyone is competing against the Prestige Master, making the Permanent Unlock Token essential if you want to save the best item, have it available from level one the moment you reset your rank and restart the gate. While most things in Black Ops 7 are viable, some are crucial to spending tokens on if you want to get the most out of this finite resource.
From the best weapons to perks to wildcards, using your Vault Edition or Prestige Permanent Unlock Token on specific items can prepare you wonderfully for your next run, allowing you to make the grind a little more trivial. There's nothing like spending your Permanent Unlock Token on something you won't unlock until almost max level, which is exactly what it's for!
Ghost
|
Rank unlocked |
Position 32 |
|---|---|
|
Type |
Recon Perk |
To get you started, we have the Ghost Perk, which is one of the most useful perks in any Call of Duty title, and is especially the case for Black Ops 7. If you want to stay completely clear of enemy UAVs and Scout Pulses, unlocking Ghost with a Permanent Unlock Token is a must, and should be done as soon as possible. If you play a lot of target-based game modes, you'd expect a UAV to enter the airspace a lot, and this is the exact opposite of that.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7 – Every Field Upgrade, Ranked
There are a total of ten field upgrades in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, but which one is the best? We address that issue here!
Outside of launchers, the Ghost will give you easy peace of mind, allowing you to move around the map undetected, even though there are several dotted lines in the air meant to pinpoint your location. Ghost has always been an excellent perk, and that's still the case here. You can't go wrong spending one of your tokens on this one!
Peacekeeper MK1
|
Rank unlocked |
Position 52 |
|---|---|
|
Type |
Assault Rifle |
After that we have the wonderful Peacekeeper MK1. While it may not be the best Assault Rifle in Black Ops 7, it's arguably one of the better offerings, even if it functions more like an SMG than anything else. In fact, this thing breaks, especially when equipped with accessories. It has an incredibly high rate of fire, excellent mobility, and can dominate most maps once you level it up a bit.
But there's a small catch: the Peacekeeper MK1 is the very last Assault Rifle you unlock in the game, which makes the wait for it excruciating. If you don't have the Vault Edition, you'll have to patiently wait until Rank 52 to get your hands on this beast, which is simply too long. If you have a Permanent Unlock Token to spare and love AR, drop it on Peacekeeper!
Perk Greed
|
Rank unlocked |
Position 33 |
|---|---|
|
Type |
Wildcard |
Oh, Perk Greed, our beloved. While it might be best to wait with this Wildcard until you have Ghost and Ninja, you should use a Permanent Unlock Token on it at some point, as it allows you to equip up to four Perks, allowing you to have both Ghost and Ninja equipped at the same time, while also having something like Coldblooded on, keeping you off the grid.
As far as wildcards go, Perk Greed is one of the best in the game, and definitely one of the better ones that won't be unlocked until much later, at rank 33. This is unacceptable, considering how many things can track you or reveal your position, so having this in your back pocket, along with Perks, will be a significant advantage!
Specialist
|
Rank unlocked |
Position 53 |
|---|---|
|
Type |
Wildcard |
Next up is another outstanding Wildcard in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, the Specialist, which allows you to exchange your streaks for Perks, allowing you to earn up to three extra Perks over the course of the match. Although you lose access to powerful scoring streaks, gaining three perks can literally change that, allowing you to gain lightweight, ninja, dexterity, and so on.
If you don't mind sacrificing streaks for Perks, using your Permanent Unlock Token on Specialist is a must, as you basically become a God on the battlefield once you start spawning. Imagine getting increased movement, ammo when you kill enemies, and silenced movement when you go in a row. That's huge and is absolutely worth the trade-off for us!
Ninja
|
Rank unlocked |
Position 53 |
|---|---|
|
Type |
Recon Perk |
Ninja is arguably the best Perk in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, as it completely silences your movements, allowing you to sprint around the map without making a sound, making it impossible for the opposition to track you down in your absurdly loud footsteps. If you love running around the map and being a thorn in the enemy's side, you need to unlock Ninja as soon as possible with your Permanent Unlock Token.
And, as you've probably guessed, because Ninja is such a potent perk, you won't unlock it until rank 53, which is too high for our taste. This perk should be your first Permanent Unlock Token purchase, as you will get the most out of it, especially if you play objective game modes like Search and Destroy!
MPC-25
|
Rank unlocked |
Position 55 |
|---|---|
|
Type |
Machine gun |
Last up is the devastating MPC-25 SMG, which is arguably one of the best weapons in the game, and definitely one of the best SMGs. Although we like the Dravec 45 slightly more, since this SMG is the last unlock of the game at slot 55, we think you should spend your Permanent Unlock Token on this one instead. If SMGs are your bread and butter, the MPC-25 ticks all the boxes you need it to and then some.
Solid damage output? Verify. Amazing mobility and handling? Check and check. Above average rate of fire? You have it. The MPC-25 is a beast of a machine gun, and should be permanently unlocked as soon as possible. While we think Perks and Wildcards should be prioritized first before weapons, it's totally understandable if you want to jump on this one first, as it's more than worth it!
