The Razor 9mm is one of the more interesting SMGs in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. It undoubtedly is the worst SMG when it comes to sheer range potentialfalls behind most weapons in terms of DPS beyond the 14 meter mark, and has the worst recoil control in its class. However, it performs remarkably well in a niche area.

Razor 9mm Loadout Advantages
With the above setup, most of the available mounts go towards tone down the vertical recoil. Unfortunately, since the recoil is so high, many players will not have the luxury of running a suppressor and must instead rely on a compensator paired with the Accelerated Recoil System to really get it under control, along with all available subs to help reduce horizontal recoil.
The remaining places can be used for increase the magazine size and slightly improve the weapon speed. Although the recoil cannot be completely eliminated, it will be more manageable.
