Best Lord of the Rings characters not in the books

The stories of Tolkien are popular because of their delightful and interesting characters. With the extension of Lord of the ring Franchise for movies and TV, there is now a whole new number of characters for viewers to feel and love.

These characters can remain controversial, and they will never take the place of the community, but they can still carry a plot and have distinctive character bows.
