Being able to lead a group, or even an army of heroes or villains, in battle is no easy task. In the world of My hero AcademyWhere chaotic fights are a common occurrence and war is always about to break out, only those who are brave and willing will be able to stand high as a figure's head in their group or organization. Although this is a challenge, however, several characters in the series have shown their value as true leaders that their loyal followers can look up to when it gets tough, whether it is because of their intelligence, their reputation or even simply their infectious charisma.

My hero Academia: 7 Things Deku can do as anything can not
Although everything can be decus idol, the two differences share in some important areas.
It is always interesting to see a character grow into the role of leader throughout history, learning the responsibility that comes with inspiring a collection of people into action, no matter how dangerous battle forwards can be. With that said these are the best My hero Academy Leaders based on their expertise as they ordered their people and maintain order among their rankings.

Ida
Class 1-A's president is as passionate and inspiring as they will
- First appearance: Section 3
As a class president at 1-A, Ida is responsible for keeping the students organized and prepared for their exams and assignments they will be prepared to take on, and it is fair to say that he does not take this position easily. As he saw when he tried to prevent Midoriya from hunting after Bakugo after he was kidnapped, Ida is extremely loyal to UA's rules and always acts as a responsibility for his friends to look up to, although he may not always be in court.
Ida's role as a leader has also been used for comic effect each so often, with the fact that there are many scenes of him trying to hype up his classmates with absurd encouraging words and stupid GAFs. Despite this, however, Ida can become serious when the situation requires it and acts as a fairly important leader figure during the first arches of history.

The pursuit
Endeavors fiery passion to crush villains rubs on their students
- First appearance: Section 17
The pursuit is perhaps not the most even guy out there, but he is still a hero that many young people look up to, which has mainly driven him into the role of leader. Fans got a good look at his leadership ability when he took Midoriya, Bakugo and Todoroki during his wing, and advised them on how to discover villains in nature and the appropriate way of acting when he seizes them.

My Hero Academia: Every character that used Rewind
ERI's reoling ability is one of the most powerful in my entire hero academy, and as a result it has been used by several key people.
Endeavor can admittedly come in front of himself from time to time, as when he sprinted down the street to chase a villain while leaving Midoriya and the others behind, but when it comes to spurring people into action, there are not many who can do it as Enji Todoroki. Endeavor would also serve as a number of leadership after he took the highest hero position and showed lots of courage and resilience during the raid at the hospital where he took a central role in leading the accusation.

Tomura Shigaraki
Shigaraki's dream to destroy everything in sight reasoned with some like -minded villains
- First appearance: Section 8
Although Shigaraki was technically acting as a leader of the League of Villains from the beginning of the story, it is only when everything is taken out that he will really assume the responsibility for being someone his tag can watch out for. Throughout the story, Shigaraki begins to settle for being the figure head of his gang and even says that his companions are the only ones he really cares about in the world that will not be killed when he will eventually destroy it.
Shigaraki is definitely a little rash and speechless sometimes. At the beginning of my villain academic bow, for example, the team began to get a little annoyed when he pulled them around without a clear goal, but he still raised his names to fame and eventually led the biggest villain -cat down Japan and the world.

Review
A master strategist with lots of loyal goons at their disposal
- First appearance: Section 62
Kai Chisaki, or review he is best known, is a villain that is obsessed with being organized. When he explains to Shigaraki during their first meeting, review always has a plan, which is part of why his crew has come to admire him so much for how much of a genius tactic he is. What also means that a review of an effective leader is how he can convey his ideology that the world is infected with “Hero Syndrome” and makes it sound completely credible, even though it is simply part of his twisted interpretation of the world.

My Hero Academia: Midoriyas 8 toughest opponents, ranked
Midoriya may have one for all to help give him a increase in power, but these opponents still managed to push him to his limit.
With that said, Overhaul seems to show much more consideration for some of his followers over others, given that he had no other thoughts about killing a lackey that questioned him, but still manages to keep them hanging in all words. In total, however, the prestigious position in Yakuza and large proclamations about how the world would make him easy to follow for those who had been discarded by society would make him.
3
Rethink
Re-Destro managed to gather an army behind him thanks to his passion and ideology
- First appearance: Section 108
Re-Destro, which is appropriately named after the late revolutionary figure called Destro, believes that all people should be able to use their property when and where they want, without being forced to follow the rules of the Hero Society. Thanks to his confidence and sophisticated persona, re-destroy loyalty to thousands and eventually created Meta Liberation Army, who were all willing to follow his every whim as part of his valuable cause.
Although Re-Destro's Stress Quirk means that he can sometimes get a little too dazzled when something goes wrong, on the other hand, it can also be used to give him a great increase in power to show off his huge offensive abilities in front of his allies. While Re-Desto eventually gave up and handed his position to Shigaraki, his terrible determination and belief in his ideology still made him a very convincing leader.

Everything for one
All for one managed to control an entire country from the shadows
- First appearance: Section 49
Before the beginning of My hero Academy Story, or even the emergence of all power, everything for one ruled Japan from the underground. As someone who could remove and grant properties thanks to his unique ability, it allowed him to establish some form of order in a chaotic age where properties were first discovered for the first time.
Even after the heroes arrived to clamp on society, everything for one's enormous power and influence him to lead and mentor many future villains, including the deadly Lady Nagant and of course his ship Shigaraki. Everything for you can attract someone to follow their commands thanks to his abilities and false promises, and although he may not care so much about his servants, he can still easily gather people for his cause.
1
Nezu
- First appearance: Section 4
In an overview, it may seem unusual for such a small and seemingly shy character as Nezu to be the head of UA, given how many extremely powerful PRO heroes are forced to follow his orders. The reason for this, however, is that he has a badger that gives him a reinforced IQ, which makes him not only smarter than a mouse but also most people. When you looked back at the series, with the large number of villain attacks, kidnappings and life -threatening battles that occurred under his watch, it was astonishing that he could keep the school's reputation up for as long as he did.
Pro heroes like all forces and strive to rely mainly on Nezus intelligence to carry out important assignments without playing right in the sheds' hands, so even though he may not be suitable for battle, he is an outstanding leader in strategy and planning. Nezu knows exactly how to monitor, assess and correct a situation thanks to his badger, and that has made him more than worthy to be called UA's leader
