Azure forests

Players on the hunt for Azure Kelp need to keep an eye out azure forestswhich appears as blue-green areas on the in-game map. The image above should make it easy for players to identify these important areas, and there should be several azure forests fairly close to the world spawn.

After reaching an azure forest, players should turn their attention to puddles of water contained within it. In fact, you will often see purple and white flowers breaks against the surface of these pools, and those flowers are Azure Kelp. Players can collect the material by approaching the flower and pressing the interaction input when it appears, and it shouldn't take long to accumulate a significant amount of kelp.

The trees in azure forests yield Azure Logs, and players may want to chop some down while in the area.

What to do with Azure Kelp in Hytale

Teleporters

Players can create Teleporters at one Arcanist's Workbench by combining two Azure Kelp, eight Azure Logs and 10 Stones. Here are the steps players must take to make an Arcanist's Workbench:

Create a standard Workbench through the Pocket Crafting menu accessed by pressing Tab and clicking the hammer to the right of the character portrait.
Upgrade Workbench to Level 2. This upgrade requires 30 Copper Ingots, 20 Iron Ingot, and 20 Linen Scrap, and is performed by going to the Workbench and clicking “Upgrade” on the right side of the screen.
Use the Workbench to create an Arcanist's Workbench. This requires 10 Thorium Ingots, 30 Linen Scraps and 20 Essence of the Void.

If a player is unable to create Teleporters when accessing their Arcanist's Workbench, they may need to record additional memories at the Forgotten Temple.

After creating some Teleporters, players can start placing them around the map. When placing these items, players should interact with them, give them descriptive names, and select the teleporter they want to target. This will make long distance travel much easier, and it is recommended that players get a Teleporter system established as soon as possible.
