While some players lament the recent changes made to the Venator and Hullcracker in the 1.3.0 patch, others are asking Embark Studios to consider making changes to a gun they feel is underperforming.

In a recent post on Reddit, moepossum1 criticized the current state of Bettina i ARC Raidersand claims that the epic rarity rifle is simply not worth the trouble. According to moepossum1, they went into a match with a fully upgraded Bettina stacked with epic mods, only to leave the match underwhelmed by the weapon's performance. In fact, they stated that they would prefer to use a Stitcher or Kettle, two of the game's common weapons that can be crafted with significantly less resources. Both guns are also readily available in the game's freeloads, making them incredibly easy to obtain.

Moepossum1 also mentioned that Bettina's durability seemed to be an issue, as it needed significant repairs after the match. Other players quickly agreed to repair the weapon after each match had proven to drain their resources ARC Raiders. Other players also mentioned that the weapon's damage seemed problematic, as its low rate of fire and heavy ammo both indicate that the epic rarity weapon should be able to take down enemies more effectively.

While there's no way of knowing how Embark Studios will respond to the community's criticism of Bettina, many players are hoping that the weapon will receive a buff at some point in the future. It's clear that the developers have listened to player feedback, as the 1.3.0 patch allowed players to decorate their rooms with ducks in ARC Raiders. Although it may seem a little silly, the feature was highly requested by the community before the patch was released.
