Cheesy puffs
The first and most common item that players can find is Cheesy Poofs, a healing item that can be available as land swaps and in chests. Cheesy Poofs can heal for up to 300 total healthbut Do not allow players to refill their shields. Players can heal themselves by equipping the item and holding down the shoot button.
Players can too use Cheesy Poofs to heal other teammates for 10 health each by throwing a handful of the item using the aim button. This also doubles as a weapon, allowing players to deal 10 damage per roll to enemies.
Kenny's Respawn Token
Kenny's Respawn Token is a mythic item that currently appears to be incredibly rare. When collected, it takes up its own dedicated slot in the player's inventory and activates when the holder is eliminated. Upon elimination, the player will be rebooted by Kenny's Token without having to be revived via a Reboot Vaneven if the item will be consumed in the process.
Right now, the safest way to get Kenny's Respawn Token is from Care Packages that occur during the Care Package Rift Anomaly. But players can too find tokens in chests, along with completing the Chaosblast mini-game at Cartmanlandalthough it is incredibly rare to get the item this way.
Stick of Truth
The Stick of Truth is the rarest item of the three, with players often going many games without finding one. This depends on the item is actually a Rift Anomaly that spawns randomly in the game.
When the Stick of Truth Rift Anomaly occurs, the item will play at a specified location on the map. The player who finds the item and uses it will set the last safe zone in the place they called it. Once done, the following will occur:

The storm will continuously shrink towards this set location for the next 3 minutes and 40 seconds.

When the storm reaches its final zone, it will take a short 30-second period before the storm shrinks completely again.
