Fugue is another strong addition to the Break-based playstyle of Honkai: Star Rail, and here's how you can use her.

One such event that you can participate in was released in version 2.7 called Between the Frames. If you are looking to participate in the event and complete it quickly to collect the rewards, here is a detailed guide that will walk you through the necessary steps.

How to access between frames events

The Between the Frames event running from 25 December 2024 and expires on 6 January 2024. You must be at least at Trailblaze level 21 if you want to participate in the event and claim all the rewards.

The game recommends that you fill it out Trailblaze quests A Fugue from Beyond and Battles and Without Ninja and humanity before attending the event.

In addition, it is recommended that you complete Scorchsand Vacation Adventure Mission also.

This is because the event takes you through certain locations that are unlocked after you complete the aforementioned quests. However, you have the option to skip all of them and gain temporary access to the areas just for the sake of the event.

Between The Frames Event Guide

The event Between the Frames is divided into seven days and a closing ceremony where you have to click on the pictures. There isn't much to do in this event, as it is about follow the Quest markers and complete the tasks.

The first step is to find March 7 which becomes Penacony Paperfold University College. When you talk to her you will be directed to a quest marker to click on a picture from March 7th.

Then you do it meet Mr. Reca who will explain the incident to you. The basic idea of the event is that you have to first find an inspiration depending on the condition of the day. Visit the inspiration and click on the image.

You don't have to worry about locating the photo targets. Everything in the event is marked with a blue Quest Marker similar to Adventure Missions. Just follow the Quest Markersand you will reach the goals.

Once the inspiration is clicked, you must then click on an image that relates to today's theme. You need to visit the specified site and click on the image that matches the theme. Once both are completed, you will receive the necessary rewards immediately.

You don't have to worry about selecting the camera from the menu either, because once you reach the location, the camera will start glowing at the bottom of the screen. Just press the button and click on the picture marked with the Quest Marker.

As of this writing, days 5, 6, and 7 are not yet available and will be released on subsequent days.

Day 1

The first goal is at Paperfold University. Follow the quest marker and you will come to one Soulglad fountain. Click on the image to complete the first step. The game will then point you to the next part, where you have to click a Slumbernana monkey.

Travel to Dewlight Pavilion in front of the massive table. At first the monkey will reject you, so you have to do it press the teleporter. You will be teleported inside the map on the table, and a new Quest Marker will appear. Follow it and you will be able to click on the image of the monkey to complete the mission.

Day 2

Travel to Penacony Golden Hour for day 2 of the assignment. The first step is to follow the Quest Marker until you see one lots of signs. Click on the pictures on the signs to complete the first step of the mission.

Follow the new Quest Marker and you will come to one Car with three trash cans. Click on the picture of the car with the trash can to complete the task.

Day 3

The first step for day 3 is to visit Soulglad Scorchsand Audition location. Follow the Quest Marker until you reach a Clockie Stand. Click on the image of Clockie to complete the first step of the mission.

When you're done, follow the new Quest Marker, and you'll reach a stage with Dreamjolt Hostelry. Click on their picture to complete the required tasks for Day 3.

Day 4

Visit Penacony Grand Theatre to get on with the tasks for day 4. First, follow the Quest Marker until you reach one Statue with an origami bird over it. Click on their photo to complete the first step of the task for the day.

After that you will visit Dr. Ratio in the same place, and he will bring a couple of plaster statues. Click on the photo of Dr. Ratio along with the plaster statues to complete the task for day 4.
