When you explore the health center in Resident Evil Requiemyou will find several Blood samples hidden in different rooms. These samples unlock new crafting options for Grace, including powerful upgrades like the Med Injector and 12.7x55mm ammo, along with other useful recipes that make surviving later encounters much easier.
There are three blood samples to collect in this area, and none of them are tied to a specific mission. Here you will find all three and how to analyze them Resident Evil 9.
Before you collect any samples, you need one Level 1 ID bracelet to access limited parts of the Vårdcentralen. However, the first blood sample can be obtained early and is hard to miss if you develop naturally.

How to find all blood samples (Care Center) in Resident Evil Requiem
Blood sample (denatured)
The first sample can be found in Blood labwhich you reach through the examination room containing the organless corpse puzzle. This is the same area where you acquire Blood collector item, so most players will come across it during normal exploration.
Once inside the Blood Lab, pick up Blood sample (denatured) and use the nearby laser microscope to analyze it. To solve the analysis mini-puzzle, tap the center cubic bond to activate all atoms at once. This completes the sequence immediately. Analyzing this sample unlocks:
- Handgun Ammo Recipe
- Hemolytic Injector Recipe
The Hemolytic injector is especially useful against zombies, allowing you to eliminate them more effectively during combat.
Blood test (converged)
To obtain the second and third blood samples, you must first obtain Level 1 ID braceletwhich is found upstairs on a corpse near Chief Scientist Office. As you approach this area, a large zombie will appear and start chasing you.
It is best to avoid direct confrontation here. Loop around the zombie downstairs to create distance, then grab the bracelet safely. Once you have the level 1 ID bracelet, go to Waiting room.
Inside you will find the wardrobe that requires the bracelet to be unlocked. This is the same room where a zombie maid cleans the floor with blood. Inside the wardrobe you will find:
- Gun ammunition
- 12.7x55mm ammunition
- Scrap
- Blood test (converged)
After collecting it, use the analyzer to process the blood sample (converged). For the mini-puzzle:

Tap the middle cube among the first three.

Two additional cubes will appear below.

Activate the center cube in the new four-cube formation to complete the sequence.
This unlocks:
- With Injector prescription
- 12.7x55mm ammunition recipe
Blood test (reversible)
The final exam, Blood test (reversible)is back in the blood lab. The specific room that contains it is locked and requires the Level 1 ID Bracelet, which you should already have by now.
Inside the room you will find:
- Green herb
- Scrap
- Transfusion bag (50)
- Empty injector
- Victor's journal entry
- Blood test (reversible)
After collecting it, go to the analyzer in the next room. This mini-puzzle requires four steps:

Press the center cube.

Focus on the three cubes placed below and press the center of them.

Four cubes remain active after this step.

Tap the two corner cubes that are not connected to the center cube, one on each side.
Completing the sequence unlocks:
- Steroids Crafting Recipes
- Stabilizer Crafting recipe
With all three blood samples analyzed, you will greatly expand Grace's crafting capabilities, giving you access to stronger ammo and powerful injectors.
