Before you start working on Triple Seven, let's first go over the basics of the job and how to unlock it. You first learn about the game part-time jobs when Morgana suggests you apply for one on 18/4.

To get the job, Joker has to stop by and check out one of them job magazines, which is in Underground passage in Shibuya.
To quickly find one of the news outlets that let you get information about part-time jobs in P5R, pull up your map and look for yen symbol. You will find one large blue newspaper rackso read the selection of pamphlets here to see what's available.
To begin with, you have access to three jobs, but with Joker unable to go out at night, only Triple Seven and Rafflesia Flower Shop are available to start. You'll need to at least rank two Charms, but you'll probably have better luck worked on Triple Seven early in the game to earn some extra yen through P5R's part-time job.
Going to work at Triple Seven
The Triple Seven store is located in Shibuya Central Street down towards the cinema, which informs how busy this part-time job can get – with Shibuya being a central district of Tokyo, you can bet Joker stays busy!
The job is vacant both afternoon and evening every day of the week, so you can fit it into your busy schedule, especially after the game removes the softlock of not allowing you to leave Leblanc at night. There is no pay differential for shifts based on the time of day you work at Triple Seven, with afternoons and evenings paying the same, but there is a bonus for busier days, which we outline below.
Memory requests from Triple Seven
With so many Mementos side quests offered in this game, there are many ways to unlock them, and Triple Seven is your ticket to unlock Calling for justice for cats applicant.
All you need to do is work three shifts at Triple Seven between 18/4 and 8/11which covers the beginning of your part-time work through a few days before the deadline for you to finish Futaba's Palace. If this condition is met between the above mentioned dates, Mishima will give you the quest on 8/11.

Scan specific barcode locations for a bonus
On your busy shifts, your colleague asks you to find barcode locations on certain items, and Joker doing so successfully is your ticket to bonus payouts. Answering the first answer correctly means more than the second, but both options to answer where the barcodes are will give a reward.

Use Triple Seven to earn money, increase charm and meet intimates
Your base pay for a shift at Triple Seven in Persona 5 Royal is ¥3,500but this number fluctuates quite a bit depending on your actions while on the watch.
Sometimes on shift Joker will face days that are harder than normal, and your salary will change depending on how you handle these shifts. If Joker can keep up with busy shifts, you go along ¥3800, but if he can't, your salary is cut instead, and you just earn 2,300 JPY for the shift.
This job is a easy early game option to increase your charmwhich will be required to access various part-time jobs later, some Confidants and more. Working on Triple Seven in P5R will reward you with two points of charmin addition to your daily wage.
Works at Triple Seven on any day ending in a seven will offer a wealth of rewards: your base salary increases to ¥7,400 instead of the standard amount, you earn three points of Charm instead.
You will also receive periodicals visit of friends during your shifts, and it's a great way to earn a bonus point for one of the following confidants.
Your Confidants must at least have started outside of your shift, or the character representing the arcana of that Confidant will not be included in the list of friends who can visit you at Triple Seven, as they will not be able to gain Confidant points.
