Pirate Crew: Blackbeard Pirates
Cousin is one of the most important characters in the last saga of One Pieceand currently serves as the tenth ship Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. He is a former Navy Admiral who even competed for the position of Fleet Admiral. He's clearly a cut above the rest when it comes to Marine Admirals, and it's not surprising to see him standing tall as an Emperor-level individual.
Kuzan even fought Garp recently and did quite well. The full extent of his Hie Hie no Mi abilities has not been revealed yet, but he is certainly a monster that can compete with the strongest of pirates.
Boa Hancock

Boa Hancock is an incredibly powerful pirate that Oda has saved for the final stretch of One Piece. She possesses the power of Mero Mero no Mi, which allows her to enchant and petrify almost anyone, as well as turn inanimate objects to stone on direct contact.
Hancock is also an incredibly powerful user of Haki. Her status as empress is not just for show. Even Blackbeard confirmed that if he were to approach her head on, he would turn to stone. Hancock can defeat Emperors in a strategic battle, and that alone makes her a Yonko-level individual.

Dracule Mihawk
The strongest swordsman in the world, Dracule Mihawk is an absolute monster, that can compete with any Yonko. Mihawk has no Devil Fruit, and all he relies on in battle is his beloved sword, Yoru.
Mihawk is incredibly powerful, and his swordsmanship is said to be even greater than Shanks'. He is easily a Yonko-level individual who will go on to play a large role in the final saga, especially as a springboard for Roronoa Zoro.
Scopper Gaban
Known to be the Pirate King's left arm, Scopper Gaban is an incredibly important character who has already played a significant role in the Elbaf arc. It has been revealed that Gaban was in the same league as Roger and Garp in terms of overall power even in his prime.
Even though Gaban is old right now, he is still incredibly powerful as he wields the power of all types of Haki. Gaban's Conqueror's Haki is large enough to easily incapacitate the Holy Knights and a few years ago even King Harald, showing just how skilled he really is. The fact that Gaban could easily push both Luffy and Zoro around at the same time just goes to show that he is truly in a league of his own and a Yonko level pirate.
Silver's Rayleigh
Silver's Rayleigh is equal to Gaban in terms of strength, but his importance to Roger Pirates was slightly higher, given that he was the vice-captain. Like Gaban, Rayleigh possesses all types of Haki but no Devil Fruit power.

Still, fans know for a fact that Rayleigh is incredibly skilled when it comes to harnessing this power, and that even at his advanced age, he is easily a Yonko-level individual who can continue to strike fear into even the likes of Blackbeard.

Pirate Crew: Straw Hat Pirates
Luffy is the main character in One Piece and the newest to join the ranks of Yonko with Baggy. Luffy fought Kaido in the Wano Country Arc, and it was after this battle that he ended up becoming a Yonko of the Sea. With the power of Gear 5 and all three types of Haki taken to the advanced level, it's no surprise to see Luffy in the same league as some of the strongest in the world.
What's even more terrifying is that Luffy still has more potential to fulfill. As he battles monstrous disasters in the Arc of Elbaf, Luffy will become even stronger and rise above the average Yonko level.

Pirate Crew: Unnamed: Skeleton Crew
Elbaf arc off One Piece introduced fans to Prince Lokiwho possess enormous powers. Loki is the user of Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhogg, and this Devil Fruit is so terrifying that it has the ability to destroy the entire world.
It allows Loki to transform into an absolutely huge black dragon that can engulf entire countries, and with the power of lightning that he possesses, he can go from country to country and destroy them in an instant. Loki also has access to Ragnir, a legendary hammer that can transform into Ratatoskr, the ice squirrel. All of these things combined with his Conqueror's Haki ensure that Loki is even above the average Yonko level at the moment. It must also be noted that Loki is not a traditional pirate, but after Harald's death he created a skeleton crew and sailed with it for 8 years.
Blackbeard

Pirate Crew: Blackbeard Pirates
Blackbeard is one of the most powerful pirates on the seas. He has access to two Devil Fruit abilities, both of which are the strongest in their class. The first is Gura Gura no Mi, with which he can produce powerful tremors, and the second is Yami Yami no Mi, with which he can remove the Devil Fruit ability of anyone he comes into contact with.
Blackbeard is impossibly difficult to take on in battle, and he possesses tremendous resilience on top of it all. He is still growing in power and is truly an individual worthy of the Yonko title.
Shanks

Pirate Crew: Red Hair Pirates
It goes without saying Shanks is the most powerful Yonko-level pirate in the story at this point. Despite having no Devil Fruit, Shanks is still incredibly strong due to his Haki mastery, which he has taken to the next level over the years. Shank's Haki is so powerful that it is even compared to the Joy Boys.
The full extent of his powers haven't been seen in the Final Saga yet, but he's sure to play a big role going forward, especially given the fact that Oda is paying extra attention to his blood ties to the Figarland family, as well as his deep-rooted connection to Blackbeard. It's only a matter of time before this brilliant character is expanded and a true glimpse of his strength is given to all fans.
