A puzzle mission in Assassin's Creed Shadows was added with update 1.1.6, where Naoe and Yasuke will come face to face with a strange door inside a mountain. The door has 13 Isu glyphs etched on it, and players must find all of them hidden on the map to open it and obtain the treasures it protects. A Puzzlement Quest Location Assassin's Creed Shadows

Players can start A Puzzlement quest right after unlocks Yasuke as a playable character in Assassin's Creed Shadows. The mission's starting point can be found in Genbu Highlands area of Yamashiro regionnortheast of Kyoto. You can quickly travel to Hanazono Castle, as the mission location is only a short trip away.

Meet Kinu and Kane A Puzzlement Quest Assassin's Creed Shadows

Once you arrive at the area, you'll meet Kinu and Kane, who will tell Naoe and Yasuke about the strange door with symbols etched on it. They will claim there is a treasure behind it and hand over Riddle Scroll Beacon Trinket to Naoe & Yasuke. Be sure to equip this trinket as it will be crucial in discovering hidden glyphs around the map.

Now, the one first Glyph location will be marked on your mapas it is part of A Puzzlement quest in AC Shadows. But the rest of the 12 glyph locations are hidden, and you have to find them yourself by exploring. Glyph of the Watchtower	It is located in a partially deforested area in the Mouth Hei area of the Omi region, northwest of the city of Sakamoto.
Glyph of the Mists	Located on Lake Biwa's Okishima Island in the Omi Region, players can find the glyph by descending the cliff behind the shrine building.
Glyph of Sakura	It is located on the forest path west of the town of Yamazaki in the Eagle Nest area of the Yamashiro region.
Glyph of the sky	It can be found on top of the hill in the Onyu Pass area of the Wakasa Region, north of the Kuramadera Pagoda.
Glyph of the Lost	East of the Ogura Dam in the Yamashiro region. The glyph on the rock face near the creek.
Glyph of silence	Found at the start of the Path of Silence trial in the Tamba Highlands area of the Tamba Region.
Glyph of the river	Located east of the Mount Peak fast travel point, across from the destroyed houses, in the forest of the Mount Uchinakao area of the Wakasa region.
Glyph of the waterfall	Found in the Takashima Shores area of the Omi region, next to the Mount Peak fast travel point.
Glyph of the ship	In the Shattered Coast area of the Wakasa region, players can spot the glyph on the surface of the hill, in the rocky, watery terrain.
Glyph of the Stone	On the cliff behind an enemy camp at the beginning of The Silver Lands area in the Tamba region.
Glyph of the Tide	Located east of Ado River Valley on the shores of Lake Biwa in Omi Region.

Assassin's Creed Shadows enter a strange door

After finding all 13 Isu glyphs i Assassin's Creed Shadowsa cutscene will play when you fast travel back to the Glyph Door. Once the door is opened, go inside to pick up two new cool weapons.

There is also a large The Kassandra statue in the center of the roomwho is one of the main characters from Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Right next to her statue is a device that says “Parts Missing”, which is the station for crafting the Blade of Yumminess (once you get all its parts).
