Although McDonald's emphasizes homogeneity among its franchisees, however, there are a lot of regional variance internationally, such as the various McDonald's Mario Bindings, including Mario Kart Figures in Canada, Australia and Europe as well as character statues in China.

Sonic and Mario have been consistent partners

Among the other major campaigns between video games and McDonald's were Crash and Spyro tie-ins, which of course led to collaborations with scooler series.
