Talk to Gelena at the Tree of Whispers
Players should start by making their way to the Tree of Whispers and talking to Gelena near the Ritual Circle. While fans should have a solid understanding of where to find Diablo 4's Tree of Whispers when starting the Poison in the Roots quest, Gelena's position has been marked on the following maps for full clarity.
Perform the ritual
Players must now enter the ritual circle. To do this, fans simply need to click on the footprints that are in front of Gelena. Notably, the words “Coven's Ritual Circle” will appear when a player aims at the correct location.
Invoke the old name of the tree in the correct order
After observing the preparation of the ritual, Diablo 4 players must call the old name of the tree in the correct order. Here's how it's done:

First interact with the Ritual Brazier at the bottom left and select “Ayh”.

Then interact with the Ritual Brazier at the bottom right and select “Yew”.

Finally, interact with the top Ritual Brazier and select “Oun”.
Collect vials of Nangari blood and trace the ritual circle
Players must now collect the three vials of Nangari Blood that appear in the ritual circle. Fans should then stand in the lighted spot near the top Ritual Brazier and walk around the edge of the circle to trace it with blood.
Witness the ritual and talk to Gelena outside
Once the circle is tracked, a sequence will occur during which players must fend off a horde of attacking enemies. Once these enemies are defeated, fans should click on the footprints below the circle to return to the Tree of Whispers. Players must then simply talk to Gelena to complete this Diablo 4 Season of Witchcraft quest and claim associated rewards.
