The Halo campaign was developed5th main mission, Assault on the Control Room, contains a terminal and three skulls: IWHBYD, Angry and Cowbell. Below, we'll share details on how to get each of these skulls and terminals, including their chronological order so you don't miss a single one!
Skull #1: IWHBYD Location
Your first skull won't be available until you get the Scorpion Tank, so keep progressing through the mission until it becomes available with your marine allies. Once you have the tank, take it through the next section where you'll eventually come across a bridge in a snowy mountain range.
Cross the bridge with the tank, but immediately go left. You have to park the tank at the cliff face and then jump out of the driver's seat. Climb to the top of the tank and jump off the cliff to the right to find a small gap you can stand on, which also contains the skull.
IWHBYD Skull gives secret dialogue when equipped.
Terminal #1: Key In Place
After crossing the bridge and opening the next set of doors, you can take the tank through a steep hill and an icy cave. When you come out the other end, you'll see a Covenant dropship and a path that splits left and right. Take the left path, but look at the right wall.
There's a door you can find to the right that you can access, and once you've exterminated the Covenant inside, head up the stairs and take a direct right to find the terminal waiting for you on the ledge.
Skull #2: Angry
Continue through the mission, eventually having to abandon the Scorpion Tank because it doesn't fit in the small cave the objective tells you to go through. When you exit the cave and enter the other side, you'll see a ramp-like structure (along with tons of enemies).
Climb up the third ramp structure to the top, and you'll find the skull in the middle. This structure requires no special jumps or vehicles, as you can just jump onto the side and walk up it like a ramp.
The Angry Skull will make enemies fire their weapons faster and more often.
Skull #3: Cowbell
The final collectible is at the end of the mission, where you exit the structure and are tasked with heading towards Halo's control room. You'll see two Banshee ships that you can enter, but you'll want to ignore them. Instead, walk forward while hugging the railing on the left until you are facing the large center structure.
If you look down you will see a ledge from this center structure that you can jump down onto. Once you're under the structure, the skull will be waiting for you on a rock. To progress through the mission, you must drop down further and take the stairs back up.
Cowbell will reduce the weight of objects, making their physics easier to shift.
