Amenotejikara is a spacetime ninjutsu unique to Sasuke's Rinnegan. The Uchiha received the Dojutsu in the Fourth Great Ninja War, and it took him hardly any time to master it. Fighting opponents of the caliber of Madara and then Kaguya, it's understandable that Sasuke had to be quick to tap into his powers, one of which was Amenotejikara.
This ability allows the user to instantly switch places with any other object or person, and Sasuke can use this power in many different ways. For example, he can either set up surprise attacks or dodge incoming attacks. Ever since Sasuke gained this power, he has confused his enemies several times, which has helped him turn the tide in his favor.
Susanoo protects Sasuke from attacks
Susanoo is a giant humanoid composed of chakra. Because it is a powerful technique, only those with the Mangekyou Sharingan on both eyes can use Susanoo. Since Sasuke falls into the mount, he can also use Susanoo.

Amaterasu can burn everything in her path
The first user of Amaterasu was Itachi Uchiha, who used it in the fight against Sasuke. Unfortunately, Itachi lost his life, but the power was transferred to Sasuke's Mangekyou Sharingan. Unlike his older brother, Sasuke can control Amaterasu and reshape it in any way he sees fit.
In the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sasuke consistently manipulated Amaterasu to create things like Susanoo arrows, which burned the target on contact. Sasuke didn't stop there though. He even infused other attacks like the Chidori and even Naruto's Rasenshuriken with the black flames to increase their overall destructive power.

The Rinnegan can stop anyone in their tracks
The Rinnegan is the strongest Dojutsu in Naruto. Most ninja can only dream of getting the Rinnegan, as it requires a person to have the Mangekyo Sharingan and Hashirama's DNA. But Sasuke was spared the trouble when Hagoromo gave him some of his power, allowing the Uchiha to awaken the Rinnegan.
Sasuke's Rinnegan is different from the others, as it has six tomoe. But its functions are the same. Sasuke has access to all six paths of the Rinnegan: Deva Path, Preta Path, Human Path, Animal Path, Asura Path, and Naraka Path. He can also use Chibaku Tensei to stop his enemies in their tracks. Additionally, he can absorb incoming attacks and use chakra to boost the power of his own moves. Sasuke is one of the two Uchiha who possess the eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. This alone gave him a significant advantage over his enemies, as he no longer had to worry about the limitations of the Mangekyou Sharingan. This special ocular skill allowed Sasuke to use Amaterasu as much as he wanted.
Because of this, he was able to spam the move multiple times without having to worry about chakra draining or going blind. The Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan drastically reduced chakra consumption, allowing Sasuke to continue using his special abilities without issue.
High intelligence makes Sasuke invincible
While not an ability per se, it would be unwise not to include Sasuke's intelligence as one of his greatest strengths. The Uchiha displayed a high combat IQ from a young age, allowing him to fight and conquer his enemies without breaking a sweat. Sasuke's ability to think on his feet has saved him from potentially fatal attacks.
For example, the character called Manda to avoid being hit by Deidara's bomb. Sasuke immediately realized that he could be caught in an explosion that could potentially kill him. So he summoned Manda and let him take the brunt of the explosion. Examples like these prove that Sasuke is almost always one step ahead of the competition.
