After investigating the crime scene and entering through the now opened doors, you can head to the central water fountain. Head south down the stairs and around to the right, where you'll find purple cubes that you can pick up and place on a platform so you can double jump and cloak above.
Now climb the wall and use the grappling hook on the floating platforms until you're in the boss room with CL34.nR There's nothing to worry about with this boss, so just shoot his shields when they make him immune and use Shock and Radiation for his blue health bar and Cryo and Corrosive for his yellow health bar.

After you scan the town, you can go east instead of along the way you're going. In the eastern corner you can find more purple boxes. Pick them up and stack them on top of each other so you can jump inside the fan on the wall which you can then enter through a door on the right.
Ignore the enemies and continue on the linear path to find the F1x.R waiting for you. This boss has a blue health bar to begin with, so use Shock and Radiation. His last health bar is yellow, so use Cryo and Corrosive. As for his attacks, he isn't really a threat, but he does have various shock attacks.

Multiball – Every 10th shot fires a projectile that returns to the player, which can bounce and has a chance to create 2 more projectiles when it collides with enemies or players. |
Biff Fistful is the final boss that has 2 blue health bars then a yellow health bar. But his first phase is easy, but remember, it's only the first phase! For his second phase, he will turn into a floating head that will spit fireballs at you, so keep moving and keep using Shock/Radiation and Cryo/Corrosive.
After Biff Fistful's first shield is removed in his second phase, he will summon two mini-bosses that will periodically hit the floor, forcing you to jump or you will take damage. The best strategy here is to just stay mobile, stay in the air, and focus on defeating them first so you don't get overwhelmed.
There's also the Beta Revision Avenging Daemon, but we're pretty sure he has no loot drops and is just part of the story.
