The Ten Shadows were the strongest technique 400 years ago

In the ultimate showdown where Gojo battled Sukuna, The Ten Shadows proved to be arguably the strongest technique in the entire series through its crown jewel, the Mahoraga. Boundless was the strongest technology of the modern era

Despite being the first person in 400 years to be born with Limitless and Six Eyes combined, Gojo truly owed his status as the strongest of the modern era to himself and his own hard work. The Limitless is arguably the strongest technique when used with the Six Eyes, but Gojo proved that he was definitely the strongest person to ever call these powers his own.

The latter power makes Dabura the fastest character of all Jujutsu Kaisen a mile, showing that his technique is one of the strongest in series history. Although Modulo Era Yuji would likely beat him in a fight, Dabura's insane power is definitely the greatest in the entire future setting of Jujutsu Kaisen.
