PoE 2: Dominion Anoint Combination

Dominion is one of many hidden passive skills in Path of Exile 2 which players can only get by anointing an amulet or finding an item that has the skill on it. In terms of anointing, you need a liquid Contempt, Suffering and Isolation (placed in this order). Of course, getting hold of these materials can be quite difficult, and if you are new PoE 2 players, you may not even know what any of these are, so here's a guide on how to get PoE 2's Dominion skill.

Dominion is a secret passive skill that you can apply to amulets by combining Contempt, suffering and isolationthree different Liquid Emotions that you can get by killing Delirium monsters. These three emotes in particular are pretty rare though, so you'll probably need to slaughter hundreds, if not thousands of Delirium monsters to get these. Alternatively, you can buy them from Ange's Currency Exchange, but they are all quite expensive due to their rarity.

You need Potent/concentrated versions of the three fluid emotions mentioned above. The ancient versions cannot be used to infuse amulets.

Once you have these three emotes, go to the Withered Arrow on the Atlas Map and then interact with the Decanter of Madness to begin the infusing/anointing process. If you haven't unlocked Withered Willow yet, complete Delirium maps until you get the Delirium endgame quest in PoE 2.

When you reach the withered arrow, proceed to the staging area where your Stash is and then interact with Decanter of Madness near Elder Madox. This will open a menu with four different locations.

Place the amulet you want to anoint in the rectangle in the center of the screen and then place Potent Liquid Aversion, Concentrated Liquid Suffering and Concentrated Liquid Isolation in the three drawers on top. The emotes must be placed in this exact order or you won't be able to use them.

After that, press the Instil button, and you will get PoE 2 Dominion passive on your amulet. Keep in mind that you must wear the Anointed Amulet to actually benefit from the skill you just unlocked.

Dominion reduces the effect of Archon buffs on you by 50%. In return, it is completely removes cooldown period between Archon buffs. This means that despite halving the duration of all Archon buffers, Dominion comes in PoE 2 effectively allowing you to retain Archon buffer as long as you can continue to meet their activation requirements.

For example, Archon of Chayula skill i PoE 2 can be cast after players gain enough glory by dealing chaos damage or chaos damage effects over time. Archon buffs last 10 seconds by default, and when it runs out you have to wait 20 seconds before you can get another buff. With the Dominion skill, Archon of Chayula will only last for 5 seconds, but since it no longer has the 20 second cooldown, you can technically wear it forever as long as you can generate enough Glory to cast it again before the buff expires.
