The Taming is a unique ring i Path of Exile 2 which can neither be found as a random drop, nor crafted in the typical way. To obtain it, players must bring three other unique rings to a hidden chamber located on any Azmerian Range map on Atlas under playoffs. Bring in The Taming PoE 2 will still need some luck but if you are rich enough you can always just buy it directly from other players but expect it to be quite expensive as it is one of the best rings to use for certain builds.

Tame Beast is a skill gem in Path of Exile 2, which allows players to tame a beast-type monster and summon it as a permanent reviving companion.
Where to get the taming in PoE 2
Before you even bother looking for the secret room where you can craft The Taming, you need to do it first get the following Unique rings:

Berek's grip

Berek's pass
-
Berek's Respite
These can drop randomly anywhere. If you're lucky enough to find a remnant of the Runes of Aldur league mechanic that drops a unique rare item or unique jewelry, you might get one of these rings from there. Otherwise, just get them through PoE 2 trade.
Now, to get The Taming, you need to find a secret chamber somewhere near the starting point of the Azmerian Ranges maps. This can be quite difficult to find as it is not shown on the map and the road leading to it is not easy to spot. When you reach an Azmerian Range map, hug one of the walls near the starting point and just follow it until you find a cave entrance with a round door blocking the way.
If you have the Berek Rings in your inventory, the entrance will roll upand you will find a kind of altar inside. Place the Berek Rings in the slots on the altar and press the Exchange button to get The Taming.
PoE 2: The Taming Effects
The Taming Unique call in PoE 2 comes with the following affixes and implicitly:

Increased damage for each type of elemental disease on an enemy

Wind skills that can be boosted by ground elementals can be boosted by multiple ground elementals

Wind skills that can be boosted by elemental ground surfaces count as boosted by ignited, shocked and chilled ground
With The Taming equipped, skills like Twister and Tornado will always be treated as if boosted by all three Elemental Ground Surface effects. It will do wonders for your damage, but it will be a nightmare for your eyes and your machine with all the particle effects flying around.
The Taming is especially popular for players using Twister builds, as the extra elemental effects can seriously raise the damage of the skill, especially when Twister is boosted by Whirling Slash and Frenzy Charges. This build works extremely well on any map in tight spaces (like Breach Strongholds), although it suffers when fighting in open fields or against bosses like Bodach, where Twisters tend to just fly away without hitting their targets more than once.
