While the first teaser for Forever Forward doesn't reveal much, the development team will likely share a longer, more detailed trailer in the coming days, potentially teasing what Pokemon debuts are planned for the season. On the other hand, the dates of Pokémon GOThe next three Community Days have already been announced, with June 20 the first in line. In a separate video, the developers teased that an Ice-type Pokémon would star at June's Community Day. However, unlike Memories in Motion, Forever Forward will not feature a Community Day Classic event.

While Memories in Motion leaned towards a nostalgic theme, it seems that Forever Forward will focus on the future of Pokémon GO instead. The game turns ten years old on July 6, and many players are hoping for unique rewards like costumed Pokemon and limited bonuses. In addition, GO Fest Global 2026 is scheduled for July 11 and 12 with several raids, bonuses and the debut of Mega Mewtwo and Zeraora.
