How to heal in Vampire Crawlers
Players can restore their health in Vampire Crawlers by eating floor chicken, completing battles after acquiring the recovery stat, or sacrificing cards at a food stall. Below, players can find out how each healing method works:
Floor chicken
IN Vampire Crawlersplayers can heal by eating floor chicken. Players can find floor chicken by breaking light sourcessimilar Vampire Survivor. Each piece of floor chicken will heal the player by 10 HP.
When the players start Vampire Crawlersthey may have a harder time healing, as the location of the light sources will not appear on their map. Thankfully, there's a relic that can help them find points of interest on the map, including light sources: the Guiding Light. Once players have unlocked the Inlaid Library map, they will be able to restore the Guiding Light by fighting the mini-boss on the second floor.
Recovery Power Up
One of the Power Ups that players can buy in the store is Recovery. Players can upgrade their recovery stat, and it will give them +1 HP after each battle per rank. This means that if they have received three recovery upgrades, they will earn +3 HP after a battle.
Victim card
Although this method is the most effective, it is also the least reliable. Players may encounter a food stall while exploring a dungeon floor in Vampire Crawlers. At a food stand, they will be able to sacrifice a card in their deck for 30 HP.
It gives a lot more health compared to other methods, but there is no guarantee that they will encounter this during a run.
