The power of using string based abilities is extremely underrated across all anime and manga, but they make for an amazing source of power. Strings can be quite versatile as they allow slashing attacks and can also be used defensively in combat. In a plethora of anime, some characters have shown immense control over string-based abilities, and they include the likes of Machi from Hunter x Hunter or Best Jeanist from My Hero Academia.
