During the early chapters of the game, the best way to bring in accessories Crimson Desert is to loot any bandits you defeat while searching or exploring. They have a pretty decent chance of losing Disgraceful rings and disgraced amulets. These give you small stat boosts, and you upgrade them, they will give even more stats like increased attack speed and stamina regeneration.

Players will encounter groups of bandits along roads as they explore the mapand many early game missions send you straight into bandit camps and strongholds. After each fight, be sure to loot the bodies you leave behind. You will notice white dots on the minimap after each battle; these indicate the location of corpses that you have not yet searched for.

Accessory types

There are three types of accessories, and players can equip up to six in total:

  • Amulets

  • Rings (can be worn up to two)

  • Earrings (can be worn up to two)

Players can also equip masks, goggles, and backpacks, although these only come into play later in the game. Cloaks can also count as a type of accessory, although they are closer to pieces of armor like gloves and helmets.

How to upgrade accessories

Upgrading accessories works the same way as upgrading other gear Crimson Desert. Go to a blacksmith, select the Refinement option, and then choose the materials you want to use to improve your equipment. The good thing about accessories (and other pieces of common/non-unique gear) is you can also use copies of the same accessories as upgrade materials.

This is part of why raiding bandits in the early game is so lucrative. Shameful Rings/Amulets don't do much, but when maxed out they'll give you tons of bonus statsand they will be more than enough to carry you through a decent portion of the game. If you ever come across a group of ragamuffins waiting on the side of the road, take a moment to knock them out and take their stuff for yourself.

Bandits seem to spawn at regular intervals by the side of the road. If you want to look for some, just pick a path and follow it. You'll run into some baddies in no time.
