Yami Yami no Mi, in particular, is a nuisance to his opponents, as Blackbeard can nullify their Devil Fruit powers. If that doesn't work, then he can rely on the destructive power of Gura Gura no Mi. While Loki's past is certainly interesting, his abilities are even more intriguing. Loki has the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhogg, a mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit formerly wielded by the God of War. His Devil Fruit allows him to transform into a huge dragon that can shoot lightning and ice. Additionally, Loki can use all types of Haki. Considering he could beat Harald, the same person who went toe to toe with Davy D. Xebec, it's safe to say Loki would stomp Mihawk in a fight.

Sakazuki

Sakazuki is the fleet admiral, making him the highest authority within the organization. In addition to having the power to send thousands of soldiers to any location, Sakazuki also has powers of his own. For starters, his physical abilities are far superior to that of any normal human. After all, he was able to withstand a flurry of Whitebeard's attacks without sustaining any serious damage.

In addition, Sakazuki has the Magu Magu no Mi, a powerful Logia-type Devil Fruit, which allows him to create and control magma at will. The Devil Fruit is also said to have enormous destructive power, further increasing its damage output. Sakazuki has been confirmed to have at least two types of Haki, and he likely has Conqueror's Haki as well. With his arsenal, it's pretty obvious that he can take Mihawk down in a fight.

Shanks

Shanks is the captain of the Red Hair Pirates and one of the four emperors of the sea. He reached the top of the pirate corps in record time. In fact, he was the youngest emperor before Luffy broke the record. While his ascension may have surprised many people, those who knew Shanks always believed he was headed for greatness. After all, he was able to use Roger's Divine Departure when he was only 15 years old.

The incident made it clear that Shanks was a child prodigy who mastered the use of Haki at such a young age. Over time, Shank's control has only improved, and currently he is the best Haki user in the world. He can even use his Conqueror's Haki to block his opponent from using Future Sight. Shanks and Mihawk used to be rivals, but the former has continued to grow at an astonishing rate and has likely surpassed his rival.
