Sakura Haruno is an incredibly powerful individual and often a character that is underestimated by many Naruto fans. Sakura has developed into a great ninja and an important asset to Konoha over the years. As an adult, she is in charge of the medical department in Konoha, and it can be said that she managed to surpass even Tsunade as a ninja in Naruto. Considering she is even considered worthy of being Hokage, Sakura possesses an incredible arsenal of techniques, some of which she learned after the events of the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Naruto Uzumaki has many powerful abilities, and some of them can even kill an Otsutsuki.

Genjutsu resistance

One of the most incredible abilities that Sakura gained after the war was resistance to genjutsu. Sakura has always had great skill with genjutsu resistance, and fans saw that even in the early parts of Naruto. But her resistance to genjutsu wasn't that special back then. It is only after the conclusion of the war that Sakura developed a specific resistance to genjutsu. Even when Naruto, a perfect Jinchuriki, fell victim to Genjutsu in The Last: Naruto the Movie, Sakura was unaffected and she just continued to show off how strong she had truly become.

Learned Fire Release

Sakura has access to several nature transformations. Although she rarely ever uses them, she has access to Water Release, along with Earth Release as well. She was also able to use Yin Release in the early part of the story. After the end of the ninja war, Sakura continued her training and she also gained control over Fire release.

Given her relationship with Sasuke, it's possible he helped her learn Fire Release, which comes easier to him thanks to his Uchiha bloodline. Regardless, Sakura has never used nature transformations explicitly, but she has the ability to use them if needed.

Chakra Control: Bind

Sakura has developed many intricate chakra control techniques. In fact, the fact that she has Byakugou just goes to show that her chakra control is absolutely impeccable. After the war she also developed one Chakra Control: Bonding Technique.

Sakura essentially puts a flower sail on her enemies and this eventually causes them to be restrained. This was shown in the Sasuke Retsuden series, and this was only a small part of what Sakura could do with her incredible chakra control.

Massive chakra reserves

An important aspect of a power that Sakura vastly improved after the Fourth Great Ninja War was her chakra reserves. Sakura is known to have enormous chakra reserves, comparable to those of a Tailed Beast. This was evident from the movie The Last: Naruto, where after Naruto had his chakra ripped out of his body by Toneri and was on the brink of death, Sakura spent over two days pouring her chakra directly into Naruto as well as Kurama.

Without her, both would have died. This just goes to show that Sakura has inhuman amounts of chakra, thanks in part to the Byakugou seal.

Sleeping gas

While Sakura almost never relied on tools in battle, she learned the art of making incredibly powerful Sleeping Gas from Tsunade and using it in battle, and if the need arises, she can take down even the most vicious ninjas with this power. This may not be her strongest ability, but it only adds to her versatility and makes her better equipped to face various unpredictable situations.

Married concoction

Sakura Haruno can also concoct various poisons. She learned this skill from Shizune. Considering that Shizune was always known to have high level knowledge of poisons and their concoctions, she ended up passing this knowledge on to none other than Sakura.

Healing Power Alteration Technique

Sakura has also developed some new healing techniques after the war. Unfortunately, some of them are techniques that fans don't know the benefits of. One such technique is Healing Power Alteration Technique. This technique was mentioned in Sakura's official Boruto guide. But exactly what this technique does has never been revealed in the series, and that's due to the fact that Sakura hasn't even had a real chance to fight in the Boruto manga.

Hopefully, fans will learn more about her newly acquired abilities in the coming arcs. That said, the fact that Sakura has consistently developed more techniques just goes to show that her arsenal of weapons is incredibly deep and that she can take on almost any enemy that stands in her way.
