One Piece's The Elbaf Arc has seen the introduction of quite a few powerful Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits, and Loki's Ryu Ryu No Mi, Model: Nidhogg is really on top at the moment. This devil fruit allows Loki to transform into a mythical Nordic dragon, whose powers are great enough to destroy the entire One Piece world. However, while this Devil Fruit ability seems to be the strongest in the arc, there is one more Mythical Zoan that Oda will surely reveal as the arc progresses that will be even stronger, and that is Imu's fruit. Imu has already been shown to have a mythical fruit, whose powers remain largely unknown, but Elbaf will fix it once and for all.

Why Loki is the most overpowered beast in the current arc
Elbaf arc off One Piece gave fans a good look at Loki's overwhelmed Devil Fruit ability. Immediately after the arc began, it was made abundantly clear to fans that Loki had a monstrous power. As the story began to explore the flashback and then return to the present, this Devil Fruit was unleashed by Oda in its full capacity. Loki's power is a mythical Zoan that Elbaf holds in legendary light, and it is Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhogg. This devil fruit was passed on to the royal family of Elbaf, and before Loki it was used by the country's god of war who even fought against the sun god Nika. How Eiichiro Oda will reveal Imu's Demonic Devil Fruit
Even if Loki is indeed overpowered, his abilities will be nothing compared to Imu. The Devil Fruit abilities of Imu were first teased in the Reverie arc when Sabo landed a powerful blow against the Five Elders. Imu could transform into a gigantic creature, which could simply consume the flames. This was the first confirmation fans received directly from Oda that the World Sovereign has a mythical Zoan fruit. Then, in Elbaf, when Imu appeared, it was clear that Gunko had giant-like wings and an arrow-like tail. Apparently, this manifestation comes directly from Imu, whose powers are of a mythical Zoan nature. Right now, Oda has still kept Imu's abilities a secret, but that won't be the case for long.
Imu's powers are far greater than Loki's. In fact, right now Imu stands as the only massive villain in the arc, and their presence requires Luffy and Loki to join forces. Imu's total powers far surpassed Loki's, and when the main battles begin, Imu will go to show more of her Devil Fruit abilities.

Loki may be strong, but even he is not above Imu, who surely possesses the most powerful Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit in One Piece.
Even Loki and Luffy together right now would not be strong enough to fight Imu, and this is clearly shown by the fact that the cooperation of Rocks, Roger, Garp, Kaido and Big Mom proved ineffective against them in the God Valley Incident.
