Monkey D. Luffy is one of the strongest characters in the world One Piece right now. After the Wano Country Arc, Luffy officially attained the title of a Yonko and became feared throughout the world. He also received a bounty of 3 billion berries, showing that he is a threat to the vast majority of characters.
Luffy can officially fight on par with some of the strongest characters in the One Piece world, and he also possesses some incredibly powerful abilities that can allow him to take down enemies such as Navy Admirals as well as Yonko. Luffy primarily uses his Devil Fruit and high level Haki in battle to take over his enemies, and he certainly has some incredibly strong techniques that can allow him to defeat a Yonko in a single shot.

King Kong Gun
-
Used via: Gear 4 and Mini Gear 4
One of the strongest powers that Luffy has is the ability to use King Kong Gun. This ability is available to him in Gear 4 and sees him pump an incredible amount of air into his arm to make it absolutely huge. Luffy then unleashes his massive fist on his enemy from above, crushing them with overwhelming force. This attack was used by Luffy to defeat Doflamingo. Now that he is a Yonko, Luffy can coat this attack in incredible amounts of Conqueror's Haki and then bring it down on his enemy with overwhelming force. With highly refined Ryuo and Conqueror's Haki, the King Kong Gun should be strong enough to take down a powerful Yonko with ease.
It becomes even more surprising to know that Luffy can now use Gear 4 without activating it in his whole body. As such, Luffy can pull off abilities like the King Kong Gun very easily now, without even fully transforming into Gear 4, and do so multiple times in a battle. In fact, even things like King Kong Gatling should be possible for him now too. When covered by the Supreme King's color, this attack will definitely take out a Yonko.

Over Kong Gun
-
Used in: Gear 4 and Mini Gear 4
Over Kong Gun is one of Luffy's latest techniques that he developed in the fight against Kaido. It is simply a much larger version of the Kong Gun, but coated in Conqueror's Haki and launched with much more ferocious power. Over Kong Gun was so strong that it caused some fatal damage to Kaido as well, but being a dragon with incredible resilience and durability, Kaido was able to tank most of this damage. But not all Yonko are built that way.
For example, Shanks is just a normal human without any of the extra durability. Meanwhile, Blackbeard, while incredibly tough, isn't as tough as Kaido, and Big Mom isn't as tough either. If Luffy were to use a powerful version of the Over Kong Gun against them at the end of a battle, it would certainly be enough to take them out, especially now that he's gained incredibly high Gear 4 mastery.

Gomu Gomu no Gigant
While technically not just an attack, Gomu Gomu no Gigant is one of the strongest abilities that Luffy has in his arsenal. It is only useful to Luffy in Gear 5, and with it he can basically turn himself into a giant. This allows Luffy to fight with much more ferocity in battle and gives him an incredibly high level of power.
Obviously, against strong and massive enemies, Gomu Gomu no Gigant is an incredible power for Luffy to have, and it will easily help him crush enemies with ease. This ability was used against Kaido, and it really made a difference. When used against Kizaru, it again allowed him to completely immobilize the admiral on more than one occasion, even making him bleed just by squeezing him between his hands. This ability can be made even stronger when combined with high level Supreme King Haki, and it should be enough for Luffy to take down several strong characters.
2
Dawn Thor Rifle
In the Elbaf arc, Luffy has continued to display his incredible mastery over the powers of Gear 5. In the fight against the Holy Knights, he used an incredibly powerful technique known as Dawn Thor Rifle. This is quite a situational technique, as it requires Luffy to grab a bolt of lightning from the sky. When he does so, he is then able to create a powerful Thor Rifle, which is then coated with the power of Supreme King Haki and high-level lightning.
One Piece: Luffy's Strongest Power Ups Ranked (Gear 5 is not #1)
Luffy has gotten a lot of awesome power-ups in One Piece over the years, but Gear 5 isn't the strongest of them all.
-
When enemies are hit by this attack, they are completely crushed and paralyzed. Luffy used this power on Sommers, and his body was completely shattered after being hit with it. Even against a powerful Yonko, this attack can prove incredibly deadly and will most likely knock them out, unless they have incredible durability comparable to Kaido. Even someone like Kaido would take massive damage from this ability, especially now that the Gear 5 is much more refined than it's ever been.

Bajrang Gun
When it comes to the strongest attack that Luffy has that can basically take out anyone in the world One Piece, Bajrang Gun will think about. This attack was used by Luffy in the Wano Country Arc in the battle against Kaido. It was his final attack that he launched against the Yonko, which managed to crush him completely. Bajrang Gun sees Luffy enlarge his fist to an incredible size comparable to an island itself. He retracts his fist in a style similar to Gear 4 and even covers the fist in flames. Using high-level Conqueror's Haki and Armament Haki, Luffy can deal incredible amounts of internal damage to his enemies, completely crushing them.
Even the strongest of Yonko would fall with a hit from the Bajrang Gun, and that's how powerful it is. Of course, this power also takes a lot out of Luffy, but over time he can continue to learn to use it multiple times in a single battle. Things like the Bajrang Gatling might even become possible for Luffy to use as he continues to develop Gear 5. At the end of the day, Luffy is one of the strongest fighters in One Piece, and he has several other abilities that can easily take down a Yonko as well if used correctly. Fans will definitely see him use these powers in the Final Saga as it continues, and it will certainly be incredibly exciting.
