Its possible to find both Rotary Encoder and Ion Sputter in the medical research area as well, especially in the white boxes, but this area is often highly contested in PVPwhich makes it dangerous.
The The assembly will be the better of the two locations to visit, because it has a lot more lootable items than the Business Center, with one of the most common places to find a rotary encoder to be in rolling tool carts around the area, and you can too find Ion Sputters in the same locationwhich you need for the final mission.
The best places to find Ion Sputters is also rolling tool carts and in any of breakable containers in the Assembly regionbut then Ion Sputter is Epic Rarityit may take you a few trips to get one, especially if the area has been raided.
If you need to extract for some reason, you can just bring the Rotary Encoder or Ion Sputter and then just bring it back to Stella Montis next time you go They will still count towards the mission steps as long as you keep them.

Where to use Rotary Encoder on Server Switch
The server switch you have to find is too available in the Assembly workshopand the good thing is that there is multiple locations you can go to There is two different server switches in control center overlooking the bridges and two in the rooms below that too near the stairs or the doors.
