The battle system i Arknights Endfield is easy to learn, but difficult to master. Your choice of operators is the main determining factor in what skill rotations you use, and since your overall power depends a lot on who you bring to a fight, you want to create teams that have high synergy between its members. In this End field guide we will briefly go over some of the best teams you can create with the 1.0 roster of characters.
Arknights Endfield Tier List
A tier list can help players assess the characters they have and which ones to prioritize; here is the Arknights: Endfield level list.
Physical team
Endmin, Chen, Pogranichnik, Ember
This team is built around apply as many stacks of vulnerable as possible to trigger either Endmin's Crush or Pogranichnik's Breach status. Chen can easily stack Vulnerable three times on an enemy with only two SP, and if you can trigger Ember's Combo Skill by getting hit, you'll max Vulnerable stacks on your target, making them for Endmin or Pogranichnik. Remove the latter's Breach before preparing for Endmin's Crush to deal maximum damage.
Alternative physical team
The team above relies heavily on Pogranichnik for SP recovery and application cracking. If you don't have him, you can replace him with these characters to achieve more or less the same effect:
- Ardelia can apply physical susceptibility, which increases the physical damage enemies take. Start with a Final Strike, then follow up with Ardelia's Combo and Battle Skills to create physical susceptibility.
- Lifeng applies physical susceptibility if his combat skill hits a target without vulnerable stacks.
Da Pan can help with vulnerable applications, while Akekuri can help with SP recovery. Replace Ember with any of these devices if you feel the need.
Last Rite Hyper Carry Team
Last Rite, Xaihi, Perlica, Ardelia
Last Rite is capable of massive damage, but you must first inflict Cryo Infliction on enemies. She does pretty well on her own, but to maximize her DPS you need to pair her with another Cryo unit. Xaihi is perfect for this, as she meshes with Last Rite's Final Strike-based playstyle.
Xaihi's Battle Skill either heals your controlled operator when they perform a Final Strike, or provides an Arts Amp for them if they are at full health. After two Final Strikes, you will be able to use Xaihi's Combo Skill, which applies Cryo Infliction.
Last Rite team in End field benefit greatly from damage amplification effects. Perlica and Ardelia are here to polish Last Rite's damage even more through electrification, corrosion, and art sensitivity. Both have Combo Skills that trigger Final Strikes, and they don't need to use their Battle Skills to provide value. If you'd rather use Cryo Infliction more often, replace Perlica with Estella.
Laevatain Hyper Carry
Laevatain, Akekuri, Wulfgard, Antal
Laevatain is the best character in End field (so far) when it comes to deal AoE damagebut she can only do that if you can apply Heat Infliction to enemies all the time. Akekuri and Wulfguard are perfect for this.
Akekuri is a great unit in general thanks to the SP recovery on her Ultimate, but she shines best when on a team that relies heavily on Arts Reactions. Wulfguard, on the other hand, is more of a sub-DPS that focuses on applying Heat Infliction.
The plan is simple: set everything on fire so Laevatain can stack Melting Flame as quickly as possible. At 4 Stacks of Melting Flame, Laevatain grants her combat prowess, allowing her to deal more damage and forcefully apply Combust to enemies in a large area.
Numbers are our main buffer for this team. He can apply heat sensitivity at the touch of a buttonand whenever you apply an Arts Infliction (in this case Heat Infliction), you can trigger his Combo Skill to apply even more Heat Infliction. You can replace him with Ardelia if you want more healing, but he's more than enough to power Laevatain's team.
Mono Electric Team Comp
Avywenna, Arclight, Perlica, Antal
This team is all about applying Electric Infliction so Avywenna can let loose with her Battle Skill and Ultimate. Whenever she hits a target with Electric Infliction with her Final Strike, Avywenna can use her Combo Skill to drop spears behind her target. Use her combat skill to recall the spear and deal massive damage to any enemies they pass on the way back.
Perlica and Antal can amplify Avywenna's damage through their abilities, while Arclight can restore the team's SP through her Combo Skill and consume Electric Infusion/Electrification with her Battle Skill and Ultimate. Be sure not to use Arclight's Battle Skill until Avywenna is done with her spears.
