How to get more research points in the quarantine zone: The final check
There are three ways to earn research points Quarantine Zone: The Last Check:
Perform a successful inspection
Players must monitor the checkpoint and check dozens of survivors for symptoms each day. They will earn research points based on how many symptoms they can detect when inspecting them. Here is each inspection rating, score and how many symptoms they must find to achieve it:
|
Inspection rating |
The symptoms have been correctly detected |
RP earned |
|---|---|---|
|
Poor |
Under 50 percent |
0 RP |
|
Competent |
Between 50 and 75 percent |
6 RP |
|
Excellent |
Over 75 percent |
9 RP |
Players must carefully check each patient for symptoms to ensure they can get as many excellent inspections as possible each day they come to work.
Detect symptoms in the lab
When players inspect a survivor and notice that they have symptoms they have never encountered and are not listed on their symptom chart, they should note this and send them to the lab for analysis.
If they operate and can find a new symptom, they get 10 RP for their efforts. However, if they can find all the symptoms in a chain, meaning symptoms that progress to something worse, they will get an additional 50 RP.
Send survivors to the Science Truck
On evacuation day, players must choose whether to send a survivor to the Science Truck or the Military Truck; the latter rewards them with money, while the former rewards them with RP.
Players who want to get more research points should send survivors to the Science Truck. Here's how much they'll earn based on how many survivors they send over:
- 5 Survivors – 50 RP
- 10 survivors – 100 RP
- 14 survivors – 150 RP
- 18 survivors – 200 RP
- 22 survivors – 250 RP
Although it only happens every five days, players can earn a significant amount of research points by sending everyone over to the science truck.
