Character death is not new to Boruto: Two Blue Vortexas readers have seen quite a few individuals pass away over the past few chapters. In the presence of strong villains like Jura and the God Trees and powerful ninjas like Boruto and Kawaki, character deaths are inevitable whether minor or major.

Recently, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29 heralded the death of a major character, which Boruto Uzumaki will not be able to stop in the future. It's not because Boruto would be powerless, but because he would be incapable. Death is coming for Kawaki Uzumaki, and his killer will be Momoshiki Otsutsuki, unless the latter fails to complete his end of the deal with Boruto.

With Momoshiki's consent, Boruto is free to use all of these Otsutsuki abilities in battle without losing control of his mind and body.

But as soon as Boruto takes down Jura and the God Trees, completing part of his deal in the process, it will be Momoshiki's time to shine. After all, Momoshiki only agreed to help Boruto defeat Jura and the God Trees for his personal gain and not because he truly wants to help.
