Megabank treated all players to a mega-spooky update as the year draws to a close. This update brought a new graveyard map, weapons, enemies and bosses, more achievements to add to your list, and an awesome new ghostly character, Roberto.
Dressed in his best white sheets and coolest sunglasses, Roberto might not be the strongest character to start with, but with the right build, he just might be your next favorite hero. Here's everything you need to know about Roberto and the best build for this spooky guy.
How to unlock Roberto
If you haven't unlocked Roberto yet due to how tricky it can be, here are some tips to do so. To unlock Roberto you must hit Spooky Steve and buy Scythe weaponobtained by kill Big Bob in the graveyard map.
Beating Spooky Steve seems impossible due to his trillions of HP, but if you use the right weapons and tomesyou have a chance. Equip the following weapons and tomes with any character you feel your strongest before you try to enter the graveyard and beat Spooky Steve:
- Aura — an area of effect weapon that damages enemies around you.
- Frost Walker — an area of effect weapons that freeze and damage enemies.
- Executioner — a massive blade with a small chance to instantly kill any enemy it hits.
- Black hole — creates a black hole to pull enemies into and keep them away from you.
When it comes to tomes, you'll want to focus on level up and increase attack speed. This will help you increase the power of your Aura and increase the probability of your Executioner hits that deal massive damage. Fight through the graveyard and level up as much as possible, preferably between 80 and 90, collect the keys to get back into the crypt to meet Steve.
From then on you should be able to take out Spooky Steve with your weapons and power level at this stage.
It may take a few tries to get it just right, but this is one of the hardest characters to unlock in Megabonk!
