During the interlude chapter in the Vastiri Desert i Path of Exile 2players will enter an ancient water reservoir where a secret Faridun sect is taking advantage of a Djinn to produce water. Taking down that cult leader will lead to the completion of this act, but before you make a beeline for his head, you might want to look around for some Vials of Sacred Water first.
Vials of Sacred Water are quest items that only drop in the Qimah Reservoir PoE 2and as ironic as it sounds, these aren't actually tied to any real quests. Instead, you can use them on the Sacred Wells inside the reservoir for some nice rewards.

How to get Bottles of Holy Water in PoE 2
As of writing, we've only found two bottles of Holy Water, and it's likely that two is the most you'll get during your campaign playthrough of this cutscene after completing Act 4. You will most likely get your first Vial of Sacred Water randomly after killing an enemy. It can drop from any monster in the Qimah Reservoir, and while the exact drop rate is unknown, it shouldn't be long before you get one.
The second bottle of holy water is a guaranteed drop from a chest guarded by Bloodbilgea named mini-boss found somewhere inside the reservoir. Search the rooms and when you find one with a large urn in the middle, interact with it to trigger the boss. Kill it, then open the chest behind it. The bottle will drop along with a bunch of other random gear and potentially even more currency items.
Where to use Holy Water Vials in PoE 2
As you explore the Qimah Reservoir, you will come across some wells next to the checkpoints. If you interact with these while you have a Vial of Sacred Water in your inventory, your character will pour the water into them. You get an Exalted Orb for doing so.
There are two of these holy wells in the Qimah Reservoirand you can only interact with them once. If you've used a bottle of holy water on a well, you won't be able to use the other bottle on it anymore, meaning you'll have to find the other well in the container if you want to get another Exalted Orb.
Exalted Orbs are a type of currency/craft item that adds an additional modifier to all rare (yellow) itemsprovided it still has room for more modifiers. These are also often used as a currency for trade within PoE 2 community, making it very valuable in large quantities.
