On December 14, vedinad released the Spooky update for Megabankadding a themed map to the game, which had been highly requested by fans since the game launched in September.
Megabonk: All Characters (and How to Unlock Them)
Here is a list of all the characters available in Megabonk and how to get them.
This guide will show players how to get the Graveyard map. It will require them to play as Calcium and face a menacing boss, which they must find on one of the other maps in Megabank.
How to unlock the graveyard map in Megabonk
If players want to access the third map i Megabankthey must play as Calcium and beat the Undead Boss in Desert Tier 2. New players must complete certain missions Megabank to unlock Calcium and Desert Tier 2:
- Kill 1000 skeletons to unlock calcium
- Complete Forest Tier 1 tounlock CL4NK
- Complete Forest Tier 2 as CL4NK to unlock the desert map
- Complete Desert Tier 1 to unlock Desert Tier 2
How to find Undead Boss in Megabonk
How to Summon and Defeat Undead Boss in Desert 2
To find the Undead Boss and unlock the Graveyard map Megabankplayers must first start a Desert Tier 2 run and search for a tomb on the map.
If players find the tomb before they are strong enough to interact with it, it will remain marked on the map as a white skull – indicating a boss fight – and players can simply follow the white arrow to quickly find it again later.
To start the fight, players must select the Disrupt Grave button. Players must first defeat a small ghost. Once the battle is over, another tomb will spawn on the map, and they must also disturb it to initiate a battle with a stronger ghost. Players must defeat the following ghosts before facing the Undead Boss:
- Ghost
- Black ghost
- Purple ghost
- Red ghost
After fighting the increasingly powerful mini-bosses, players must find the golden statue representing a mighty skeleton – Calcium's Dad. If players do not increase the difficulty of their Megabank term, Calcium's Dad should have about 35.4k health on the first level of the map.
Calcium's dad will cause rocks to rise from the ground, which will damage the player, and he also has a wicked red laser beam. Players must avoid them to avoid losing health, but it shouldn't be too difficult with Calcium, as he is among the fastest characters in Megabank.
Once players have encountered and successfully defeated Calcium's father, a chest will drop and the Graveyard map will become available.
