Diablo 4 Season 11 seems poised to follow a trend that began in Season 10 of raising a class well beyond its options. Despite Diablo 4 Season 10 with a fairly balanced meta overall, thanks to the new build options unlocked by Chaos Armor, there was still a definite winner in the form of the strongest class. Now, Season 11 gives the same class a set of new tools to work with that should allow it to maintain supremacy even after the Chaos Armor disappears after Season 10 ends.
Several new uniques are coming in Diablo 4 Season 11 will likely define the meta, including Sorcerer's new Orsivane Unique Mace and Rogue's new Death's Pavane Unique Pants, which will likely see both classes climb the ranks of Diablo 4 build level lists. With Diablo 4 Season 11 introduces the Tower along with the return of Leaderboards, creating a competitive metaclass will be even more necessary than before if players want to make their mark. The class that will likely have the most competitive Leaderboard category is Spiritborn, as it will be the best Diablo 4 Season 11 class again.
Diablo 4s leaderboards will be divided into different categories: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue, Sorcerer, Spiritborn, Solo, Duo and Trio.
The Spiritborn will thrive in Diablo 4 Season 11
Since the Spiritborn's introduction in the Vessel of Hatred DLC, it has remained a meta threat in nearly every season since. Even when it hasn't been at the top of the meta, Spiritborn rarely has any low-level builds and has remained a flexible class for both Lair Boss fights and the Pit. Also with Diablo 4 Season 11 adds new activities like the Tower and Throwing the Lesser Evils into the Pit, Helltides and Kurast Undercity, Spiritborn should have what it takes to excel in all of them.
Spiritborn was the best class in Diablo 4 Season 10
Based on the Pit ranking on Helltide's website, Spiritborn was the best class of Diablo 4 Season 10 regarding the Pit tier is cleared. The highest level passed by a Spiritborn player was level 144, which was completed in 13 minutes and 50 seconds. This is an especially impressive number given that the Druid could basically one-shot enemies with the right Companion build in Season 10. Spiritborn's mobility is likely the deciding factor in its success, with several S-Tier Spiritborn builds taking advantage of this fact.
Without Chaos Armor for support, Season 11 Spiritborn players will want to rely on the class' new Path of the Emissary Unique Boots. This unique comes with an amazing ability that summons the core skill of the Spiritborn's primary Spirit Hall every 12-4 meters they move, in addition to giving the class even greater movement ability and increasing the power of their core skills.
-
Emissary's Path (Unique Boots)
-
+30% movement speed
-
+25% movement speed
-
+200% Core Skill damage
-
+2 Core Skills ranks
-
+40% impairment reduction
-
Unique Attunement: Every 12-4 yards you move, invoke a core skill from your primary Spirit Hall.
-
Spiritborn have four Spirit Halls to choose from: Eagle, Centipede, Jaguar and Gorilla. The core skills associated with these Spirit Halls are:
-
Quill Volley — Eagle
-
Stinger — Centipede
-
Rake — Jaguar
-
Crushing Hand — Gorilla
All of these core skills have the potential to be the focal point of S-Tier Spiritborn builds, with some already reaching that level without the Path of the Emissary Unique. With this new Unique added to Spiritborn's arsenal, players will essentially get a free auto-cast of one of the class's best skills just by moving, something that is already essential to Spiritborn's playstyle. Coupled with affixes that increase movement speed and Core Skills damage, it's clear why Spiritborn are already frontrunners for the best class in Diablo 4 Season 11.
