The Cowplant in The Sims 4 is one of the most unique plants in the entire game. When fully grown, it becomes a sentient being that requires daily nourishment to thrive. Unlike other plants, the cow plant will become aggressive if not fed every twelve hours and will sometimes try to eat sims if it is hungry.

In The Sims 4, the WooHoo action requires a specific location, or one of several – here's every location where it's possible.
Before players can grow a Cowplant i The Sims 4they must first find a Cowplant Berry and plant it. After a few days, the Cowplant Berry will grow into a Cowplant, and players must start tending to it immediately. There is five ways to acquire Cowplant Berriesbut some methods are easier than others.

How to get a coplant berry in The Sims 4
Players can acquire Cowplant Berries through Digging, Exploration of space, Fishing, Order seedsand Inoculation. Each activity, when done in a specific way or in a specific location, has a chance to reward players with the berry they seek, but not all methods are as reliable as others.
Inoculation
Players hoping to create an endless supply of copra berries can do so through the Gardening skill, but this method requires a pretty hefty amount of work. First, a sim must reach Level 5 in the gardening skillafter which they are given the opportunity to cut and graft plants.
Players will then need to grow one Strawberry bush and a Snapdragon flowerthe seeds of which can be found in the garden behind the bungalow in the lower right corner of the Willow Creek map. When each plant is fully grown, they can be cut and grafted onto each other. If you do this, each plant will produce Dragonfruit for Sims to harvest.
After planting the Dragon Fruit and waiting for it to fully mature, players can inoculate it with a Snapdragon Flower, which will cause the resulting plant to produce Coplant Berries.
Exploration of space
The chance of getting a Cowplant Berry through space exploration is pretty random. To make matters worse, pursuing the astronaut career is also quite time-consuming, so players may want to avoid searching for a Cowplant Berry using this method.
That said, those who already have access to a rocket should at least consider getting a Cowplant Berry through space exploration, as the venture can reward them with other unique items as well. By selecting the “Explore Space” option after clicking on the rocket, the player's Sim will board and take to the skies, where they will begin a random mission. To complete Trials of the Green Man quests may reward the Sim with a Coplant Berry, but it may take several tries before the quest becomes available.
Digging
Players have a chance to find Cowplant Berries by digging for treasure. The chances of acquiring a Cowplant Berry via this method are random, so unless players already plan to dig for treasure as part of Curator's ambitioncan they feel free to search for Cowplant Berries using the next, much more reliable method.
Fishing
The easiest way to find and acquire Cowplant Berries in The Sims 4 is to visit Desert Bloom Park in Oasis Springs and fish in the small pond next to the mountains. Before heading to this location, players should make sure their Sim's needs are met, as they may have to spend a long time here before they can acquire one.
As long as players are patient, they will eventually get a Cowplant Berry which they can then plant and grow into a Cowplant. Players hoping to get a Cowplant as quickly as possible should use this method because, while it can be a little time consuming, it is easily the best way to find large quantities.
Order seeds
Players who have The Sims 4 Seasons Expansion Packs can also buy Cowplant Berries when they reach Level 10 in the gardening quest. To do this, they must select the “Buy Seeds” option when interacting with the garden where the Strawberries and Snapdragons were found; then they should buy Rare seeds the package shown in the menu.
This method of obtaining a Cowplant Berry is technically easier than the other methods, but since it requires a Sim to complete the gardening quest first, it can take an extremely long time to unlock. That, and the fact that Sims can grow coppice plants when they reach level 5 in the gardening skill, makes this method somewhat redundant.
What does the Cow Plant do in The Sims 4?
When fully grown, Cowplant must be fed every 12 hours in the game; otherwise it will start starving for the player's Sims. If this happens, the strange plant will try to lure Sims with its cookie-shaped tongue, encouraging them to take a bite. If players aren't paying attention, there's a good chance their Sim will try to eat the cookie on their own, causing the cow plant to eat them.
If players are lucky, the Cowplant will spit out their sim again; if not, there is a chance that the sim may die. If this happens, the Grim Reaper will appear, giving players a chance to plead for their Sim's life before they are taken from the world.
Owning a cow plant isn't all doom and gloom; it can actually be a pretty neat addition to one's home, but only if the players take care of it. As long as it feeds every 12 hours, it won't cause any problems, and players will be able to perform some pretty adorable interactions by clicking on it. However, if players fail to feed their Cowplant for 24 hours, it will dieand leaves only a skeleton, so it's important to meet the creature's needs at least once a day.
The cow plant can also be milked after it has eaten a sim. If the Sim died after being eaten, players can milk the cow plant to obtain an Essence of Life potion which, when drunk, will partially increase the drinker's lifespan; if the sim was regurgitated, the potion it produces will put the drinker in the same mood the ingesting sim was in before they were swallowed.
How to get a Ghost Cowplant in The Sims 4
With The Sims 4 Life & Death, players can acquire a ghost plant. The Undead Cowplant will act just like its living counterpart, except it doesn't need to be fed since it's already dead.This way, players don't have to worry so much about accidentally killing their cow plant by forgetting to feed it. But they still have to be careful, as Undead Cowplants will still produce a cake and can eat, and eventually kill, zombies. When you kill a Sim, Ghost Cowplants can be milked for Life Essence. There are no Undead Cowplant berries in it The Sims 4meaning players must obtain a full-sized Undead Cowplant if they wish to add one to their household.
Rewards Store
Players can get an Undead Cowplant for 3,000 Satisfaction Points from the Rewards Store. This is a hefty amount of Satisfaction Points that will require players to fulfill quite a few wishes or complete various ambition milestones. Clean up ghostly infestations
There are two haunted houses next to the center of Crow's Crossing. Sometimes they will be haunted by ghosts, allowing players to use the Cleanse Ghostly Infestation interaction. Successfully clearing a ghostly infestation will reward players with an Undead Cowplant.
This is even easier to achieve if players have a ghost sim in the household. As Ghost Sims, players can interact with these houses and Ghostly Infest them, allowing all other household members to clean them and reap the rewards.
Once players have obtained an Undead Cowplant, it will be sent to their household inventory. To place them in their homes, they need to go into build mode, select the inventory icon and put them down wherever they want.
