Where to find Lance's mixtape in Arc Raiders?

To find Mixtapeplayers must try their luck in one Residential or Commercial area. Since this is an epic trinket, you are more likely to get lower quality trinkets over this most of the time. However, drawers, cupboards and cabinets have a good chance of dropping these itemsso the best thing is to go to a place where there are several of these boxes or cabinets.

A farming site that's pretty good, and not too controversial either, is Research & Administration build in Women's Battlegrounds. If you manage to get to the south side of the building, there is a blue ladder that spirals up to the top floor. There may be one Guard here too, so be careful not to get shot by it.

You can leave the Sentinel and run to the top floor to ensure it alerts you if another player approaches the area.

Once inside, go to the right door, open it and go down the corridor to the left, which will lead you to a bunch of lockers. There are even more lockers in the closed rooms across from the lockers. Here you have a great chance to get Mixtape from one of the cupboards. If you don't, you can extract at Elevator for water purification and try again.
