The One Piece anime has been going strong since the start of Egghead, and the quality has gone up quite a bit, especially now that the arc has reached its climax. The Straw Hat Pirates and their allies are surrounded by the Five Elders, with some intense confrontations currently taking place as the crew tries to escape.
While it goes without saying that One Piece's recent run of episodes has been nothing short of amazing, fans will be saddened to know that this run will now be interrupted as the anime goes on hiatus. On November 23, 2025, fans won't get a new one One Piece episodeand will be met by a summary section instead. The One Piece The anime should come back in a week, so the story of the Egghead arc is coming to an end.
One Piece Anime goes on hiatus on November 23rd
If there is a problem that One Piece anime fans have had to deal with this year, it's the consistent breaks that Toei Animation has thrown their way. This year, since returning from a 6-month hiatus, the One Piece anime has actually taken a break about once a month, and sometimes even more often.
Fans get to enjoy about 3 episodes a monthand now, the next One Piece anime hiatus has been confirmed. The upcoming episode, One Piece Episode 1151, which was supposed to be released on November 23, 2025, has been delayed. This episode was supposed to be one of the most exciting in the Egghead arc, so fans are definitely disappointed.
Instead of One Piece episode 1151, fans now have a recap episode to look forward to, assuming they plan to tune in. This recap episode will feature Chopperas usual. The filler episode will go on to talk about Vegapunk, in case any fans of the series need a refresher on who this person is.
One Piece Anime will make a comeback on November 30th
With The One Piece anime is on hiatusfans are wondering when they can expect the anime to return with episode 1151. The upcoming hiatus will span two weeks, which means the episode will be pushed back by 1 week. Instead of November 23, 2025, One Piece Episode 1151 will be released the following weekend, November 30, 2025.
In other words, One Piece 1151 will be the last episode in Novemberwhich marks a three-episode release for this month, compared to just two in October.
One Piece episode 1150 will be released later this week. The One Piece series is available to watch in its entirety on Crunchyroll, with the next One Piece episode coming in a week on Sunday as scheduled.
