9 Strongest Haki Users in The Rocks Era

Haki is an important force in the world of One Piece that exists within everyone, but only a few can awaken it. Haki is known to be a spiritual energy and can be used in a variety of ways. Its two main types, Observation and Armament, give one a sixth sense and the ability to use spirit as armor, respectively.

The third rare type, called Conqueror's Hakiallows one to overwhelm and intimidate enemies. With Haki you can reach the top of One Piece the world in the form of strength. There are many powerful characters in the current timeline with overpowered Haki, but that one Rocks's Era also had some wild Haki userspossibly even more than the current one. The Rocks era featured monsters like Rocks himself, and even Roger. Haki monsters like these two put most of their enemies to shame with their powerful Haki.

Scopper Gaban

The gab is one of the Roger Pirates, and one of the three strongest members of the crew. Like all Roger pirates, Gaban has no devil fruit, relying solely on his Haki. The fans haven't seen Gaban's Haki much during the Rocks era, but he was in every way, Rayleigh's equality. He was able to easily fend off Ganzui, who punched Captain John. Gaban's Conqueror's Haki could beat even Holy Knights.

Rayleigh was one of the strongest that the Roger Pirates had in the crew. As the Pirate King's future right-hand man, Rayleigh continued to show off his strength in the God Valley, even though he was far from his peak.

While trying to save Shakky, Rayleigh was able to blast away Saint Sommers, which was not easy to achieve.

Big Mom wasn't on top during the Rocks erabut she was still an insanely impressive pirate, and one of the very best in the God Valley. Big Mom had already mastered her Devil Fruit during Rock's era, and on top of that she also displayed incredible Haki mastery.

Big Mom's Conqueror's Haki was shown during the clash with Imu, where she let loose Ikoku infused with Supreme King Haki.

During the Rocks era, Whitebeard was aboard the Rocks Pirates ship, and he was definitely the most impressive figure they had to offer right behind the Rocks.

Whitebeard had his Gura Gura No Mi even then, but his Haki was also very impressive. Whitebeard showed off some incredible attacks, combining both his Haki and Devil Fruitsuch as techniques that Space Breaker. He also temporarily blocked the Domi Reversi'd Rocks with an Earthquake infused with Conqueror's Haki.

King Harald

King Harald of Elbaf is a character that fans only recently began to learn more about as the ongoing flashback of Elbaf progressed. There are still many question marks surrounding him, but one thing is for sure, he is very strong. Harald is so strong that he could match Rocks in powerand the two could clash equally with their powerful Haki. His Haki was so strong that after his clash with Rocks, it blew away and knocked out everyone in a 5 kilometer radius.

Monkey D. Garp

The future hero of the navy

Garp would go on to become the hero of the Marines after the events that would unfold in God Valley. As many fans know, if there's one thing Garp is known for, it's his overwhelming Haki, and he showed it off during the Rocks era.

Garp was Roger's biggest rivalbut they put their differences aside in God Valley to take down a Domi Reversi-enhanced Rocks. This battle required Garp's immense Conqueror's Haki mastery.

Roger was far from his peak at God Valleybut he was still one of the very strongest. As fans know, Roger never ate any Devil Fruit, so all his power came from his overwhelming Haki.

Roger is shown to have tremendous Hakieven then. This was evident when he clashed with Whitebeard, and when he joined the attack on Imu with Divine departure. Roger also fought and hit Domi Reversi'd Rocks.

Rocks D. Xebec has been one of Oda's best additions to the One Piece story, and he quickly became a fan favorite character during the God Valley Flashback. Rocks was the Captain of the Rocks Pirates, a crew of monsters like Whitebeard and Big Mom.

Commanding such a crew required strength, and without Devil Fruit, Rocks relied on his powerful Haki. This haki allowed him to even defeat an Admiral and Garling with ease. He also attacked Imu with his powerful Haki, as well as overwhelming Whitebeard after being Domi Reversi'd.

The Secret Sovereign of the World

Undoubtedly, when talking about power, one cannot forget to mention Imu, the secret sovereign of the One Piece world. While the Imu usually rule from the shadows, sometimes they have to get involved in person, and God Valley is a great example of that. Imus entrance at God Valley shocked many, and it didn't take long for them to unleash their powerful Haki. Considering that none of the monsters in the God Valley could beat Imu, their Haki was easily the strongest.
