2025 has been a year of major changes for Pokemon GoAnd another one is just around the corner. Earlier this year, Pokemon Go was acquired by scopely, the company behind the massively successful Monopoly. The scarce acquisition does not appear to have triggered any major changes to Pokemon GoBut that does not mean that change will not come.
Originally, Pokemon Go the level CAP was set at 40. Just over four years after Pokemon Go Launched, the CAP level jumped from 40 to 50, with levels 41-50 which demanded that players not only earn XP, but complete difficult challenges to level up. It changes with the great Pokemon Go Update comes on October 15, set to improve the equalization experience.
Pokemon Go's Level Cap goes from 50 to 80 on October 15
The Pokemon Go The level CAP increase on October 15 will see the maximum level going from 50 all the way to 80. The increase will do so so that the players' leveling journey is a little faster, and the challenges will be removed from the level 41 to 50. Instead, there will be new challenges to complete from levels 71 to 80. When the update goes live, some Pokemon Go Players will increase in level based on how much XP they have already earned, but it has been promised that no level will decrease.
It's been five years ago Pokemon Go The CAP level was increased from 40 to 50, and so many would claim that the game has been delayed for another level CAP increase. Still expected to get such a dramatic rebalancing of the leveling system, and it will be interesting to see how fans react. Great Pokemon Go Changes are sometimes met with great enthusiasm, such as when Raid was introduced, but other times the changes are strongly criticized, as when the game's graphics were “upgraded” and many fans were dissatisfied with what it made their avatars look.
Pokemon Go Players can expect more updates for the game during the months after the increase in the level. There are still many Pokémon who have not yet made their Pokemon Go debuts and the generation 10 Pokemon Games are expected to be released within the next few years. These titles will undoubtedly introduce even more Pokémon to the franchise, in turn to create more potential content for Pokemon Go. Although it may not be as popular as it once was, Pokemon Go remains one of the biggest mobile games in the market and still has a very bright future in front of it.
