Almost a year after the launch of Final Fantasy 7 -REMAKE On PS4, Square Enix announced that it developed a new, improved version of the game exclusively for PS5. This upgraded edition, with the title Final Fantasy 7 -REMAKE IntermediateReleased on June 10, 2021, and it included a brand new side with the happy Ninja Yuffie Kisaragi, as well as improved graphics and additional speed settings. Although it came to PC via the Epic Games Store at the end of 2021, Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE INTERATE Has been a Playstation console exclusive for more than four years. By 2026, it will finally make the hope for Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X/S.
Square Enix confirmed during the last Nintendo Direct That Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE INTERATE will be available on non-players consoles next January, shortly after the Winter 2025 release window, which the company had originally announced. Perhaps to compensate them for the year -long wait, Square Enix gives the game that pre -order the game at Nintendo and Xbox some bonuses that will only be available for a limited time. The digital version of Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE INTERATE At Xbox and Nintendo stores are currently coming with a copy of the original Final Fantasy 7 without extra cost. However, more interesting is that the physical version of the Switch 2 game includes a free Magic: The collection Booster Pack.
Although other Square Enix games such as Octopath Traveler 0 gets it, Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE INTERATE Does not receive a physical edition on the Xbox Series X/S.
Physical copies of the FF7 -REMAKE -INTERGRADE FOR SWITCH 2 comes with MTG Booster Packs
It is quite unusual to see a company bundle a booster package from a popular TCG with its physical video games, but in this case it is actually completely meaningful. A few months ago Wizards of the Coast released a great expansion for Magic: The collection Theme completely around Final fantasy. While Mtg is not stranger to collaborations with other franchises, Magic: The Gathering: Final FantasyAs officially called, the first crossover set in the entire game is legal in the standard game format. All booster packs that will be included in the physical switch 2 copy of Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE INTERATE will be from this set.
Apart from Final Fantasy, many other video game franchisees have had collaborations with MTG
IN Magic: The collectionMost of the crossover sets are released under the universe beyond the product line. This series, introduced by Wizards of the Coast 2021, has presented many video game franchise so far, apart from Final fantasy. 2022 Wizards of the Coast collaborated with Capcom to release a group of cards centered on Street Tighter series. Later that year, the company also launched some turntable cards with characters and places from Epic Games' Fortnite. Grave StraightsThe Fall-outand Assassin's Creed Has also received sets/drops of their own.
More physical video games should be delivered with MTG Booster Packs as a pre -order incentive
Although it would be a high order to request this for every relevant video game, it would be nice if Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE INTERATEBooster Pack Gimmick became more common in the future. When a company launches a new part of a gaming franchise that gets a universe beyond Mtg its own set, it should add one Mtg Booster packs to the physical copies of said games to stimulate pre -orders, just as Square Enix did. This can make players especially those who are fans of Magic: The collectionless reluctant to buy a physical copy of a game, although it is a game button card, as is the case with Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE INTERATE.
Some of MTG's upcoming sets should get cross-promos with some video games
Currently the coast sorcerers have not announced any future Mtg Sets or products that have other game franchisees. However, there are some sets around pop culture IPs that can gather with associated video games in some way. Assuming it actually exists, for example, Wizards of the Coast may host a crusade campaign involving the coming Marvel's spider set and insomniac rumored Married game. For a potential campaign like this to work, the corresponding set and video games should be released at about the same time.
