Assassin's Creed Brotherhood's Followers of Romulus Cult explained
One of the most memorable pieces of any content in something Assassin's Creed game, AC Brotherhood Is home for six secret Lairs who take the protagonist Ezio Auditore da Firenze deep under Rome's lively streets. In this claustrophobic network of catacombs, ancient drainage systems and the remains of mysterious temples, players discover the followers of Romulus, a small army of wolf-pilt-bearing, shoulder-witnessing warriors who are secret underground.
As their name suggests, Assassin's Creed BrotherhoodRomulus's followers are worshipers of Romulus, who is said to be the founder and the first ruler in Rome. According to the myth, Romulus and his brother Remus's sons were of the Roman god of war, Mars, who were raised by a package of wolves after being left for dead in nature as an infant.
AC BrotherhoodRomulus followers wholeheartedly believe that the first ruler in Rome was really a god, and that his upbringing turned him into a kind of half -man, half wolf, which is why the group members adorn themselves with wolf.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle'S Order of Giants DLC also sees its protagonist who explores the large network of underground passages under the city of Rome. Towards the end of DLC, Indy stumbles on a red robade, mask that carries gangs of cultists hiding in the city sewage.
This threatening group is quickly revealed to be a modern (1937) revival of ancient culture Mithras. Much as its real equivalent from the 1st to the 400s AD. Indiana Jones: The Order of Giants'Cult of Mithras worships the named Roman/Iranian justice and the war. This revived, fictional version of the cult has a special fascination for the story of Mithras that killed a sacred bull, which was often used as the primary symbol of the ancient real religion.
Fixed Assassin's Creed Brotherhoods Followers of Romulus and Indiana Jones: The Order of Giants“Cult of Mithras believe in different gods and wear very different ritualistic clothes, they are both secret cults that hide under Rome, worship ancient Roman figures and put animal -related images at the forefront. The order of Giants' Cult of Mithras is even introduced in a similar way as AC BrotherhoodRomulus followers, with players who can discover cult members who lurk in the shadows and darted past locked gates before their full reveals.
Both cults even have their own special historical dagger, with the followers of Romulus who have dagger by Brutus, and Indiana Jones: The Order of Giants“Cult with dagger by Mithras.
