Cronos: The New Dawn is developer Bloober Team's latest entry into the third person's psychological survival genre. After a number of titles that focused more on the first person's exploration and puzzle solution in line with Amnesiarather than tense, nail -grazing battle with scarce resource management, Cronos: The New Dawn is strong at the latter end of the scale. Bloober Team members have not made any legs about their latest title inspired by some of the most famous and popular survival horror games of all time, namely Death space and Resident Evil 4and this really shows through a lot of Crowns'Gameplay and design.
The prerequisite and setting of Cronos: The New Dawn Also presented incredibly well, especially through the fantastic visual and classic claustrophobic level design. Bloober does an excellent job that conveys the deserted and haunting feeling of their world over two timelines. In a future that is ravaged by a strange global pandemic, an armor figure must only be known as the traveler brave times for the past and search for specific people to collect his “essences” in a desperate attempt to prevent the disaster. And although it rarely lets up when it comes to its oppressive and dour vibber, there is an inclusion in Cronos: The New Dawn It gives a somewhat surprising and much needed interruption from the otherwise uninterrupted terror.
Cronos: The new dawn cuts up its uninterrupted horror with a smatting of the cat's friendship
Cronos: The New Dawn's Unrelvently bleak atmosphere
Cronos: The New Dawn's Setting and story paints an incredibly depressing picture of both its future timeline and the past in the early 1980s, when the catakly -abdominal event began to spread and decimate humanity and then transform most of the surviving population into the twisted creatures called orphans. When the traveler moves between the two worlds, both are constantly covered in layers of fear, whether it is an orphan who lurks in the shadows or an investigation that often does not reveal scary results. It can often be disappointing to a large extent. But the traveler can find some comfort sometimes from an unexpected source.
Cronos: The New Dawn's Cats are both comforting meetings and valuable resources
When you track essences in the destroyed landscapes in what remains of its version of Poland's Nowa Huta district, located in Kraków, the traveler may encounter Stray Cats in Cronos: The New Dawn. These felines will usually go in front of the traveler to lead them to the next important place, while their presence at other times is announced by a weak meowing behind a door or wall, and the traveler must find a way to reach them.
This is remarkable because the traveler comes over as largely independent, carefully observing and cataloging events in almost robotic and clinically even when confronted with abominations or heartbreaking scenes of loss. But even they do not seem to be immune to the cat's famous charm. Once the traveler has been found, interacting with them can give the furry friends a soft pet and reveal their names. The kitties will then appear in each hub area's safe room and add a touch of friendship to an insulating experience. The cats also act as a kind of collector's item and leave subsequent objects and upgrades, which can benefit on the game side to survive the trip.
Fans may remember that another similar horror title, The evil within 2Also contained a bushy cat that would show up different and show up in safe rooms.
Animals can be a great source of comfort in real life and Cronos: The New Dawn Seems to admit this by having the presence of cats at least a moment of break from its disturbing Hellscape. The fact that its cats are also useful when it comes to play makes them more than set and another incentive to save, if you were even needed. Their inclusion here, while a bit surreal considering its bizarre and brutal world, adding a humanizing element to Cronos: The New DawnHorror style and its protagonist, which helps to give them both a small but extremely welcome sense of comfort and re -lobbability.
