EA has officially confirmed that Battlefield 6 will be the first post in the series launched with its recently developed anti-cheat system, Javelin. After an epic revealing trailer last month EA finally retired the curtain Battlefield 6Multiplayer yesterday. During an almost five-hour revealing event, the studio fans gave a deep look at the shooter's four multiplayer classes, eight positions and even an insight into the long rumored Battle Royale mode. After being absent for almost four years now, Battlefield looks to be back with a beat and strive to correct the errors made by Battlefield 2042. Battlefield 6 will be launched with EA's Javelin Anti-Cheat

Nuclear anti-cheats are often controversial, but they are not something new, especially with EA. While Battlefield 2042 EA was launched with Easy Anti-Cheat 2021 and switched to its new, core level Anti-CHEAT system (now known as EA Javelin Anticheat) with the game's Season 6 update 2023. As expected, Battlefield 2042 Season 6 met with controversy due to the transition, as the fans were extremely careful with the new anti-cheat system. Since the kernel level anti-cheat system has the highest access level to a user's computer, they can sometimes come up with vulnerabilities and can be run in the background, even when a game is not running.

But with cheaters and hackers who continue to infect multiplayer games regularly, studios try to fight them as well as they can. Battlefield competitor Customs calls also implemented its own core-chef system at core level known as Ricochet as early as 2021, after War zone and Vanguard Was taken over by hackers and cheaters. Although it is still a huge problem, Activision has regularly updated Customs callsRicochet Anti-Cheat to continue effectively taking down cheaters in online matches.
