How to create a reinforced slang in abiotic factor
Three key material is needed:

How to find a box of screws and hose:
The Hose and Box with screws will be much easier to find than the steel cable. You will meet some of them at level 3, but you don't have to worry about collecting them at that point, as there is a much easier way to get them when you reach Manufacturing west. Reaching this region will be part of the main history, especially after you have gone through all three levels in the plant. Inside the room you will find an exor that will attack you immediately. Remove exor and then search the chamber. Inside you will find a single steel cable coil that sits on top of a light green box.
Shop the smiths for steel cables:
As you approach the blacksmith, you can press Y/Triangle to shop. On the list of objects you can see that steel cable is available. If you have found Military electronics You already see that it costs a military electronics for a steel cable. If you haven't found that item yet you'll see only one questions. Fortunately, you don't have to go far to find your first military electronics.
In the same chamber where the steel cable is located you see a small green military radio. If you destroy the radio, you will receive military electronics X1. There are several of these radios around manufacturing west, so you don't have to worry about shopping for a steel cable.
Military electronics can also be released by terrorists at death, but it is extremely rare. But if you run out of radios to crush, it may be your best option.
