Pokemon Go player will soon be able to get some of the most unique Pokémon ever

Each year Niantic is hosted for a theme event in Pokemon GO Called Adventure Week, which focuses mainly on Rock Type Pokemon. Adventure weeks were originally introduced in 2017, one year after Pokemon GoReleased, and they have been held regularly every summer. In the first Pokemon GoAdventure weeks, several rock -type Pokemon, such as Ostar, Kabutops and Aerodactyl, received increased spawn speeds, and some new avatar articles were also added to the game. In the meantime, the latter the iterations of the incident have been considerably larger on a scale. Pokemon GoNewer adventure weeks have not only introduced shiny variations of Pokemon It was already in the game, but also a brand new Pokémon.

Niantic did not host an Adventure Week event 2020 and 2021, probably because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of the previous adventure weeks have also lasted longer than a single week.

Niantic confirmed a few days ago that it will host another adventure week in Pokemon Go This year. The event, which will be part of the ongoing wonderful day season, will take place from July 29 to August 3, just a few weeks before the last part of Pokemon Go Party 2025 goes live. As usual, Adventure Week 2025 will contain increased spawn speeds for some Pokémon, some of which are stone types. Niantic adds Toedcool and Toedscruel to Pokemon Go this month

Toedscool and Toedscruel, two Pokemon of Land/Grass originally introduced in Pokemon Scarlet and Violetwill make their Pokemon Go Debuts during the adventure week later this month. These two Pokémon, as their name suggests, are directly related to each other. After all, a ToedSkool can develop into a Toedscruel after feeding 50 toedscool candy. Although it has a strong resemblance to them, however, there are two Gen 1 water type Pokemon such as Toescool and Toescruel are not completely related to: Tentacool and Tentacruel.

IN Pokemon Scarlet and VioletGame Freak introduced a new subset of Special Pokemon that looks very similar to other Pokemon, even though they do not share any evolution lines. These are called ecologically similar Pokémon (alias “regional forgeries”), and although they appear to be regional variants of existing Pokémon, they are completely different species. There are currently only three groups of organically similar pokemon, and Toescool and Toescruel consist of one of them. Like Tentacool and Tentacruel, these two Pokémon have a similar jellyfish -like design and shape, but they live on land instead of the sea and draw their coincident design from mushrooms instead.

Shiny Wiglett and Wugtrio will also be added to Pokémon go soon

As if Toedskool and Toescruel were not exciting enough, this year's Adventure Week will also contain two other organically similar Pokemon. Later this month, Pokemon Go Players will be able to meet shiny variants of Wiglett and its direct development, Wugtrio, as they explore their nearby environments. These Garden Eel Pokemon, which they are officially called, has technically been available in Pokemon Go Since April 2024, it is the first time that their shiny variants will ever be present in the game.

Wiglett and Wugtrio, for those who do not know, are similar to organic digit and dug trio, two other genes 1 Pokemon. Although they look physically the same, Wiglett and Wugtrio live underwater and are a water type pokemon, while digit and dug trio are classified as ground type Mole Pokemon. Although Diglett and Dugtrio will not be presented in Pokemon GoAdventure Week this year (neither is Tentacool and Tentacruel), their Eel-Esque counterparts will not be difficult to get over. According to Niantic, players who visit beaches and streams will meet Wiglett and its shiny variant more often during Adventure Week. Unfortunately, Toedcool will not have an increased spawn speed, so Pokemon Go Fans have to do a little explore to find it.
