Destiny 2The long-awaited expansion of the edge of fate is finally here, initiating a whole new fairy tale for the game after the epic conclusion of the light and the dark saga with the launch of the final form. So far things with the edge of fate have been strange, lack of a better term, as this special expansion not only improves what already exists for Destiny 2But instead, it does best to re -form the game, so that it has left many veteran players who feel a little lost sometimes. To be fair, with a new overall story for Destiny 2It should undoubtedly redefine itself, but some of these changes have been a bit scrubby, to say it mildly.
One of the biggest changes that fate made to Destiny 2 In fact, have nothing to do with gaming systems or even the story. Specifically, Ikora Rey's voice has changed significantly, so that she sounds more like Savathun than herself. This is because Ikora's original voice actress, Gina Torres, was replaced by Debra Wilson, who also plays Savathun. This has understandably caused many veteran players to be removed from the immersion in the story because they cannot get around the sound of the beloved character's new voice. It may seem like a small and rejectable change, and from a certain perspective it can be. But its time makes it almost symbolic of something that happens below the surface of Destiny 2.

On paper, a change of voting for Ikora may sound like an okay solution at the moment, especially with Destiny 2 Start a new fairy tale. Of course, Bungie has confirmed that there are recording voting lines for Ikora and others on the outskirts of fate, which is refreshing news. But when these adjustments have been implemented, it may be too late. It is difficult to deny how much impact such a fraudulent little change can have on a game as Destiny 2As if it does not necessarily affect much but the players' perception of it, it is actually the problem. If nothing else is Ikora's voting change the smoke that rises from the first of a much deeper identity problem in progress in Destiny 2.

An innocent comment like “This doesn't sound quite right”, then is actually not anchored in something so innocent at all, since in the end it is more of a reflection of the broader concerns about where Destiny 2 Is now and where it goes. It is the type of disturbance that breaks down not only in the moment, but in the world the game has spent several years trying to build. When even the votes from Destiny 2Most iconic characters begin to feel unknown, it raises questions about what can slip away. Not to say that fate cannot eventually breathe in new life in MMO, but it just seems that it is more disconnected than ever from the game it once was.
