Borderlands 4 Emissions on September 12, which each of the previous titles in the franchise will come up with a new playable siren. However, Vex is a little different from the usual, combat -hardened sirens from previous items. According to a new official character short, Vex unlocked its latent forces from the stress of being a grocery store during a fire sale. She is a playable vault hunter in Borderlands 4 Because the gig according to her is “still better than the retail trade.”
Borderlands are Filled with explosive, over-the-top characters, but sirens are quite unique for various reasons. With eridium-driven forces and glowing tattoos, sirens are central to the story of the franchise and a crucial pillar of its identity. Vex's official story Reveal gives a little more back story to Sirenen, but there have been other characters like her in Borderland.

Borderland's 4 Hands-On Preview: Smaller Borders, More Countries
Game Rant went practically with Borderland's 4, and even a short time with its world and system reveals how much the series shifts the focus.
S-Tier: The Classic
Lilith is the The siren of it Borderland series. Being one of the four vault hunters in the original game cemented her as a power plant to play as, but her transformation into a central narrative character in Borderlands 2 Is it that cemented her as the “ultimate” siren. As leader of the Crimson Raiders and mentor for the subsequent sirens, Lilith is a large part of Borderland'story. She is central to the action of all four main line Borderland Games, and no other character, wore Claptrap, have made many performances, or so much influence. It is safe to say that Lilith is the gold standard that all sirens are measured.
A-Tier: the second and third generation
Introduced in Borderlands 2 For a quick launch in fanfavorite status, Maya is the second most iconic siren, none. Her phasing capacity allows for incredible versatility and audience control, and elementary affinities mean that Mayas is built in Borderlands 2 Can be quite unique. Her storytelling implementation in Borderlands 3 But holding her back. Despite an interesting introduction and installation with AVA, Maya's young Siren department, she leaves the story too quickly to get the impact required to be the best of the best.
Amara marked a clear transition from Siren's traditional stomach -like design. Amara's melee builds in Borderlands 3 Show that she is about beating problems on her face, and it makes her one of the funniest sirens to actually play. She has the highest variety of all playable sirens in terms of abilities, with four different phase abilities that she can reinforce. Her background as a crime fighter on the planet Partali is interesting, but as all arches start her real story only after her debut. Hopefully Amara's story will meaningfully grow as she shows up in Borderlands 4.
B-Tier: Crucial Story Sirens
The angel's story in Borderlands 2 remains one of the series' most tragic. Angel, a siren with the ability to be phased, or interface with machines, was cursed to be the daughter of a handsome jack. She was manipulated, imprisoned and forced to serve as a power source for hyperion. She is present in both Borderland and Borderlands 2 As a kind of guardian angel for Vault Hunters, and her guiding omnipotence storage made her storage, childbirth and unclear ending more and more emotionally. Although she is not playable, her legacy cements as a guide and victim of her father's ambition her high placement on this list.

Borderland's 4 details vex abilities
Borderland's 4 gives new insight into what players can expect when playing as the newest siren, Vex, in the upcoming looter shooter.
Of the many stories in Borderlands 3The revelation as the series' pillars and insane scientists Patricia Tannis was a siren must rank among the largest. To inherit her abilities from angel, her status as siren is not revealed until Borderlands 3. She has not done much with her powers, but she is one of the best supportive characters in the franchise. Hopefully tannis will return Borderlands 4.
C-level: controversial sirens

Commander
Perhaps the most sharing character in the entire franchise, AVA was introduced in Borderlands 3 as Maya's department. After Maya's unclear death inherited Ava Maya's siren power, much to the surprise (and frustration) for many fans. The somewhat grid character took an unexpectedly major role in the story of Borderlands 3But throughout the game's DLC cycle, Ava went through a fairly big change in personality. She finally becomes a less impulsive and more self -conscious character, and there is potential for AVA to shine in Borderlands 4Especially if these changes are expanded. At the moment, the general opinion of AVA remains mixed.
Technically, only Tyreen Calypso is a siren, but the fact that her brother Troy can parasitic siphon her powers is enough to serve them both a place in the ranking. If this list was based on power alone, Calypso's leakage abilities would have placed them much higher. Unfortunately, Calypso Twins Influencer-style villain did not land too many. Their low rankings have mainly to do with being one of the worst elements within Borderlands 3.
The original Borderland The antagonist, Commandant Steele, is technically the first Siren players to ever come across chronologically. Unfortunately, she is also the one with the least development or impact on Siren Legacy. Her status as siren was not even confirmed until Lore after emissions and Borderland Extended universe material dropped, and nothing in her design or abilities made this clear during the actual game. If something, the most she remembers is an unclear death in the hands of the first vaulting monster, the destroyer.
Honorable mentions
It really is the list in the list, but honorable mention goes to Sirens Dido and Nyriad, referred to in Borderlands 3and siren asha, from Borderlands: The Fall of Fyrestone comic. Based on what fans know, Nyriad had the same type of leech abilities that Calypso -Tvörings, and Asha could control animals. Although it varies in status in Lore, the lack of characterization holds them back from placement over any of the rest. They make out the beef out the lore of the sirens BorderlandAnd it's always appreciated.
Each siren, from Lilith to Commandant Steele, has shaped Borderland'Chaotic story in its own way. With Vex set to come with Borderlands 4 On September 12, it will be interesting to see how players rank her in the Canon of Siren characters. All players know right now is that she looks powerful and her backstory trading in the traditional MERC work for retail trauma. At least it makes her the most related siren so far.
